Received my order on time, but the order was only half right. I ordered one white and one stealth colored pull over, but received two stealth. As soon as I noticed the issue, I sent an email. Epic is working on making it right but it has been a week and the issue isn't fully resolved. I love buying from Epic and hope this gets handled so I can again give 5 star ratings.
I placed a large order on March 5th with Epic Sports because the items I was purchasing said "Usually ships in 1-2 days". It is now March 19th and I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE ITEMS. I called Customer Service last week and they told me there is nothing they can or will do about it other than allow us to cancel the order but still charge us the restocking fee if we do. Unbelievable. That's terrible service. It will definitely cause me to place my future purchases for our 13 teams elsewhere.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
