I enjoy the prices and wide variety of items available. However the shipping system they use is horrible, they have vendors ship to them then ship to you when the vendor extending the waiting period for the customer. I placed 2 orders a week apart and the 2nd order was received before the first. Never consistent. They should allow their vendors to direct ship all items that they do not have in their warehouse.

Our package was scheduled to be delivered on March 21 (paid extra to guarantee delivery date). The package did not arrive on scheduled date. I attempted to contact the company twice via the customer service email address in the shipping info they sent me and received no response. The package finally arrived on March 25... 4 days late. The baseball pants we ordered were needed for a game on the 25th and did not arrive on time. We were very disappointed not only in the delivery date being wrong (off by 4 days!) and not receiving any response from emails sent. Will NEVER use this company again.
We paid extra for shipping for a 3 day turnaround and it came 8-9 days later with no refund for the extra shipping.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
