But epic has also posted a number of $ 1.00 deductions from my account. I have called your customer servise 3 times and can NOT get a live person to talk to. You have my ph # *******272, and you will NOT show me the courtesy to call. Nor have you removed the $ 1.00 charges.

Great customer experience. Received order earlier than expected which was great! Saved me a lot of time.
I like the prices and the products. Shipping is always slow and expensive.
Received shipment later than promised. Was told: "Your package(s) should arrive by 3/19/2019. " and received it on 3/21.
Four items came in three different deliveries
I ordered a couple sample shirts first to have my baseball team try them on to see what sizes everyone would need. They came in and were a different color than I anticipated so I returned them and ordered new ones. On the second order I got everything I ordered except one piece was a little different. So I had to contact them again and get it swapped out. All in all the service was good and I know mistakes will happen. As long as they are fixed it doesn't bother me, which they took care of. But it did take over a month to get all of this done and it didn't leave me enough time for printing. That is my only complaint.
I have used this company for years and never had an issue with any of the orders until this last one. I had a shirt that was in a shipment of 10 that I didn't receive and I called several times and left messages but never received return calls. The only time I received a return call was when I sent an email. I've never had any issues with customer service until this last time. This is still a great company to use and they got me my missing item really fast.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
