The price of the item was decent it was the amt of shipping that I felt was ridiculous. Shipping was more than the actual item.

Shopping and delivery were great. I bought 2 pair of youth s pants and 2 pair of youth xs and the only difference was the waist size. The length differences were only about 1 inch. The fabric was of great quality but it needed Velcro sizing in the legs. After looking a little more I think there were other brands for about 10 dollars more. I guess some fault of mine for assuming they came with it

I paid extra for shipping because I needed it sooner than standard shipping then I received it way before I was suppose too, so I feel like I was charged extra and would have gotten it in time anyway.

My purchase did not show up when It was supposed to and when I called to check status I was on hold for over an hour. I didn't even receive an emailed confirmation of shipment with tracking number until after I received my purchase.

I felt like the availability of customer service really lacks. It could possibly frustrate and turn customers away especially for clubs who are seeking large orders. Since this was our first order your system automatically held the order for confirmation and because this was a tight time frame order we needed this processed within 24 hrs. I attempted to reach out to your customer service team 2 days in a row sitting on a wait queue for nearly 1.5 hrs before I decided to hang up. Each time I was placed in a queue and even when I left a message to reserve my queue spot I didn't get a call until the next day when I was not able to get to the phone. The process started all over. Frustrating.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
