The website needs to add info about the fit is sizing! The 3xl t shirts I ordered were like a 2xl fit and the 4xl fit like 3xl. I waited 55 minute on hold to try and process a return and was disconnected and when I tried to call back the line was busy. This is poor business ethics and I will never order from Epic Sports again. I plan to post this on Facebook also so other people know what to expect. Please contact me vial email if you want to correct your poor customer service!
Paid $40 extra dollars to get 2 days shipping and took over 2 days after leaving the warehouse to get to me. Definitely not worth the extra cost. If a customer is ordering 17 sweatshirts you would think that would be first priority get it out quicker and to the customer. Overall sweatshirts were great.

The quality is great and my experience was so easy.
My only wish is that the colors in the pic were closer to what I received. I actually received the color I wanted "royal" but it looked almost baby blue in the pic on the site and I had to hold out faith that it was gonna be right.
The items I ordered are exactly what I needed/expected. The only upset is that the no-rush 10 day shipping was $2 more than my total order. Other than that I love everything I've ordered from Epic Sports.
