I ordered XL black newbalance windbreaker pants. I Received extra large black Russell Athletic brand. I called Epic sport customer service and explained what happened. The Customer service rep told me to take a picture of the windbreaker pants I received and sent it via email to Epicsports. Shortly Afterwards a epic sport customer service rep told me that it's under investigation and that was the last I ever heard from anybody from Epic Sports.Im still stuck with the wrong pair of windbreaker pants.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
