I paid for 3 day shipping and got my order 6 days later. When I called customer service they did not offer to give me a refund for the difference between regular and 3 day shipping.
I had to exchange an item or two and instead of doin an even exchange they made me order again...pay shipping and then I had to pay to ship the items back also
I'm a repeat customer and for good reason. Epic's prices are great and they offer high quality products.
There are areas that need improvement, however. The turn around time is not impressive at all. The designs are extremely limited, so your customization cannot be creatively at all. Lastly, customer service can improve a lot. Communication is slow and without purpose.
Overall the pros outweigh the cons and I will continue to shop. Hopefully they improve where they are able to though.
This is not my first shopping experience with Epic Sports, and once again I am perfectly satisfied.
I ordered two pairs of baseball pants. They were shipped in a plastic bag, and as a result, when the package arrived at my house it was ripped and the pants inside had dirt marks on them where the holes were in the bag. Also, I had to reach out for status of my order, because I received no communication for over a week after ordering and paying for it.
