I am extremely disappointed in the delivery time. I received the survey request before receiving the order. I still have not received it. If I receive it today it will be on the 15th day. I was told by customer service that one of the three items was the hold up, but when I contemplated canceling that one item customer service told me it would be a difference of only a day or two.

Great quality and quick shipping.

The delivery was left on my porch at 11:30pm.

The place to go for equipment and sports gear. Name brand gear at bargain prices. Great selection, but sometimes not all is in stock and slow delivery times. So, willing to wait, all is well.

Everything was as expected

Order came in a timely fashion.

The website said all orders ship within a couple of business days, but I didn't get my order for almost two weeks.

I usually do not shop on line because of going thru the process of returning the item for 1 reason or another. But Epic Sports was very easy without any hassle and my reorder was delivered earlier than I expected. The ES associate was very helpful in showing me other items that were in lne to what I was looking for.
I will diffidently shop ES again.

Prices were good for the items we had Purchased!

Great experience, but one of the pants had a hole in them and I need to exchange a few others.

The website is a little hard to navigate. On baseballs for Little League, it would be very helpful if I could search on RS, RS-T, or practice categories. I had to use other websites to look up details.
