Good shopping experience.
Shopping is easy - lots of choices. My orders shipped on time. I added half an inch to my shoe order, due to wide feet, and my new Diadora soccer shoes fit. I order size 1 balls for my nieces and nephews, they are hard to find elsewhere. Oh, and the prices are great.
I have ordered the same items each time. I think this is my third time. I called customer service to pay extra to move up delivery time. I had a new account that moved up our start date by 15 days. Customer service said that we would only get the order a day or two earlier and that didn't help me. So I left it at that.
Then a couple days later I get a UPS tracking info email that I am receiving the order 8 days earlier than expected. Not only did I not pay extra for expedited shipping but I got it before the new account started.

Why does it take so long to get the items?!?! It was like it took days and days and days to process the order before it would even ship out. I tried to cancel it because it wasn't even showing a tracking option at all and i was told it was too late and "just" showed it was going to get picked up at the warehouse... i ordered elsewhere and don't need it now-the event passed before i even got it-should have looked closer -never seen anything take so long

Purple design color in this style looks very nice, good quality but if you're busty then I would suggest going up a size. I'm a 2xl but very glad that I ordered the 3xl instead. Very happy with the purchase.
