Epic sports is a fraudulent company. The intentionally change prices as you are checking out. I was placing an order for multiple teams. The ad was for $2.49 so I added 30 pairs of socks to the cart. When I checked out the price changed to $2.99. They also mailed me socks that were way to small. Instead of 7 to 9 they mailed me size 1 to 4. When attempting to resolve with their customer service they said it was my fault. They demanded I pay for shipping to return the items, even though it was their fault. They then lied on the better business bureau response to get the case thrown out. Specifically Cody and Bailey are horrible if you should ever have to deal with them.
This company is unethical in their business practices and I hope they go out of business. I know for sure they will never get a contract with any sports programs I'm involved in.

We bought sport socks for my daughter's softball team. She easily wears my socks which are for adult-sized feet (Intermediate) over size 6 women's shoe (9-11). We purchased this size since many on the team are in a shoe size 5.5/6 which according to their site is not a youth size but an intermediate size sock. We didn't want socks that were too tight on them and which they could only wear for this season... it's fun to be able to wear them to practices the next year!

We go the socks and they were too big for my feet (3.5 inches TOO LONG on my size 7/7.5 foot!), a size 7.5 shoe. The girls are wearing the socks with the heels halfway up their calves! WAY TOO BIG! We've washed and dried the socks on HIGH HEAT to try and shrink them to no avail. 13 Adult Jester Black/Turquoise socks that are too big for the parents for a group of 4th and 5th grade girls is a shame! The sizing chart should recommend these socks as follows:

I hope the site corrects their fitting chart as far as the Red Lion Socks are concerned! A much happier group of consumers will result!
See the images I included showing how big they are on my feet! And how long they really are from the heel to toe (12 inches or longer... measured with my foot in them)!
Well I tried to upload the "optional" images but that doesn't actually work... it's for show.
Imagine the sock on my size 7/7.5 foot with a 1 foot ruler next to my foot from heel starting at 0 inches to the tip of the toe of the sock at 12 inches... get that image! That's how much TOO BIG they were.
Unfortunately they don't want you to see customer images... sorry!
I also have an image of the sock on my (and in all the photos the heel of the sock is where it belongs on my heel) with over 3.5 inches of room in front of my toe.
Another image shows how much I'd have to fold the sock under just to fit my foot!
Ridiculous!
I feel once u place a order. They should not charge your card $1.00 to test a customer debit card. Because if the customer did not have the money I don't think the customer would be shopping. I also feel it should not take over 5 days to receive a package. Especially, if u are anywhere in the US using express delivery. I also feel calling customer service number should get more help. I was on hold for over a hour waiting to speak to someone about they charging my card a $1.00. Then on top of that if the screen happen to freeze it will charge your card additional times. I just hope by this review the company does better when dealing with customers.

You can't beat the price for these jerseys, but I am reserving judgment until I see the quality. If the quality is good then it would be a 5-star experience.
Everything was as expected will use again
The customer service was the worst ever- we had to return some leg guards because it was not the right thing for my daughter. We literally took them out of the box, she tried them on and we put them back in the box. It took us almost a week to get a return label because we either could not get through or they wouldn't call us back. When we got the return label we sent them back and since they did not have the right ones, we ordered them from somewhere else. A week or so later I got an email from the rudest representative "Bailey", stating they were damaged and that we could not return them. That is a lie. So they sent them back to me and didn't give me a refund. You can bet I will not use epic sports again and all of our sports friends will know not to use them either. Anthem sports on the other hand, has wonderful customer service and helped us get exactly what we needed and we did not have to wait on the phone for over an hour only to get hung up on when they answered like we did with epic.
They shipped me the wrong item. I sent an email and did not receive a response. Then I called and left my number on the support system for a return call and did not receive one. Would not purchase here again

My overall experience was GREAT! I bought our baseball teams pants and socks! Everything was well packaged and shipped promptly! I had to return my team socks, but only because they were the wrong color. Not Epic Sports fault. I contacted costumer service and Christina was super helpful and super nice! I will order from Epic Sports from now on! They can beat my hometown pricing on everything! Thanks again!
You sizing charts need help last time my shorts could have fit two of me in them. This time they fit great. Product really itchy at first but great after washing

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
