My team was very pleased with the jersey outfits that were ordered. I have to admit, I was a little scared of not getting my uniforms on time, but my sales rep Steven did an awesome job and my uniforms came in just in time to play our first soccer game. Steven was very attentive and gave me great advice. I couldn't be more happier with my customer service experience. For the price that I paid for the jerseys, the quality was very good. I am super happy with the company as a whole and definitely will shop again with you!
Awesome and quick turnaround time!
We thought we were getting a great deal on soccer balls from Epic Sports for a little league. But when we got the balls, four would not keep air and we did not receive 10 of the balls. They also took three weeks to ship (we had 3 day delivery). It was halfway through our practice season when received. They refused to answer our e-mails and you simply can't reach them by phone as you are on hold for 45 minutes.We got ripped off. Don't buy from Epic unless you can spare a couple hundred bucks down the drain.

I had no idea the shorts ran small until I received my order. I was not so much upset, but more so disappointed. I should've known to order a bigger size just in case, but I eventually got over and took responsibility for what I should've did. Overall, I enjoyed shopping on epic sports and yes I would recommend it to someone.
Found exactly what I was looking for.
Epic sports allowed me to order an out of stock item. Refused to give me the option of splitting the shipping to allow for the out of stock item to ship once they received more. Go with a reputable company next time
Great prices, but disappointed in customer service. Was happy to see they questioned the transaction of billed to the treasurer's card, but shipped to the equipment manager, to prevent potential fraud. However, being hung up on after being on hold for a half hour to confirm it wasn't a fraudulent charge was disappointing. Luckily the second time on hold was only 10 minutes. Then when two of the sizes were back ordered and I recieved an email on Saturday stating I needed to reply within 24 hours if the new ship date was unacceptable. The new ship date was after we needed, so when I called on Monday to follow up on my email, I was told they are closed on the weekend and sometimes have a big backlog and may not get to the email until Tuesday. Cancelling and reordering would make the ship date even later, so had to stick with the original order. Luckily, they did ship and got there just in time. I'll likely order from Epic Sports again, but hope to not need to utilize customer service again.
My original feed back stated in part, "I bought 2 Puma evoSPEED 5.4 Mini Soccer Balls. Both were defective. I inflated them to specified pressure. They both lost air and went completely flat in less than a day." After I communicated with customer service, EpicSports gave me a refund for the goods and shipping. I appreciate the way they treated me fairly and I think they handled the situation in a very customer friendly way.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
