I wanted a softball umpire jacket by Smitty which is dark blue with light blue stripes, but it kept being changed to dark blue with red stripes, so I had to cancel that part of the order. I still need that jacket.

I love this site! There's so many great quality items at great prices.
First of all, Cody, Christy, and, Christina are horrible to deal with. They sent me the wrong thing and it did not get here when promised. Refused to make it right or give me the contact info of someone that would. This companies motto should be"Ripping off honest customers one piece at a time". Just so everyone knows this review is only over a very very small amount, but when you are trying to teach kids about morality people like this make it really hard.

Bad customer service. I was shipped the incorrect item. First of all, it was their fault for shipping me the incorrect pant. They should had check and had quality control double check that the right item was shipped. Most order are needed for specific event and date. They could have shipped the correct pant right away. Instead they are more worry about having the incorrect pant ship back to them. They didn't do what right for the customer. They are so worry about one pant when they have thousands in their warehouse. Now I have take my time to return the incorrect pant and deal with an upset son. This is completely bad customer service.

Shipping fees too high, i wanted to try your pants for quality, why no concession on first buy? I invested about one hour going thru your site when i was ready to order I was suprised by your shipping fees, just another waste of time and energy.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
