I have ordered equipment for my team in the past. Fast delivery and never an issue.
Do not order from here! I believe the items are so cheap because the products are sized wrong. I called Epic Sports letting them know my 11 year old, average size kid, could not put on arm sleeves because they were too tight. Their site advertises for ages 12-14. Cody at Epic Sports told me they would not pay for return shipping because they will not take responsibility for advertising the wrong sizing on their website. He blamed it on the manufacturer. Also, the customer service is awful. I had 2 different representatives tell me with an attitude" the next person will just tell you the same thing!" Very poor service from Lori and Christina.
Also, Elbow pads advertised Adult/Youth. One size fits most. Seems like one elbow pad fits adult or youth. They told me there was a small drop down on the left I should have selected(not on the picture of the Elbow Pad where other on-line stores have size selections).
If Cody was really concerned about servicing his customers he would not have argued about what the website meant to advertise, instead understand how the website is misleading.
Please check out JCpenney or Koh'ls or other websites. Sizing is always on item picture, not on the far left. I don't care what you meant, advertising should be clear!

I've ordered on line for years and this is the worst Customer service ever. Never Again from Epic Sports! You will also be sorry you were suckered in to the seemingly great deal and need to make a return :(: ( :(

$10 to ship was outrageous given that it took two weeks for the product to travel from Kansas to IL. The item was priced right but the shipping negated the fair price. The slow boat delivery added to the not-so- good experience. Price the item where it needs to be up front, don't make up for it in shipping. That's taking a page from the airline's pricing model that no one appreciates.
I bought several pairs of softball socks for myself. All but one pair fit, my daughter will love them.
Custom order pants were perfect! Other softball pants are very thin material. Not necessarily good for games but good for practice plus reasonably priced. Overall very satisfied! Thank you!

I found the items I needed at a price I could afford! Good selection and good prices. I've already let friends and family know about Epic Sports! I will definitely start my sports shopping at Epic first.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
