Experience is about average, but the product I purchase is horrible. Out of 18 balls I purchased 6 of them can not stay inflated or even get them to inflate. Pretty bad... I would like a replacement for these defective balls. I would want to return the defective balls, but I am not going to pay for shipping.

As a first time customer I ordered 5 items. Items were listed as available and ordering was easy. Four days later I get a call and email that one of theitems is no longer in stock. I express my displeasure at the time (4days) it has taken to notify me. I get a "sorry, that's our system". So I say go ahead and ship the order but I need to change the size of one item because a review mentions they run small. I get, " I'll check on it and let you know". 2 hours later I get a call, " can't exchange size and by the way another of your items in no longer In stock". What kind of service and system is this?

I think if we order a large amount we should get free shipping. I ordered over 400.00 and another order of 65.00. I didn't have a option of free shipping.

I would not recommend buying any gear from this company. I recently purchased what was supposed to be a brand new pair of NeoSport 3mm water boots for diving and getting in and out of water where the conditions are rough and sharp rocks and reef can cut you. The boots were sent to me with rubber all over the upper neoprene part of the boots and the soles were already starting to peel off with me just inspecting the shoes. The very next day I called Epic Sports to return the merchandise and they told me to take pictures and that they would call me back with RA# for returning and they never did, in fact they sent me an email stating "The image does not show wear as far as we can see, the glue on the sole is the excess glue that was not wiped off during production." Salt water is brutal, why would I want to buy a pair of sloppy manufactured shoes. Epic Sports never called me back and would not take the boots back. This is a horrible business!
