I would not recommend buying any gear from this company. I recently purchased what was supposed to be a brand new pair of NeoSport 3mm water boots for diving and getting in and out of water where the conditions are rough and sharp rocks and reef can cut you. The boots were sent to me with rubber all over the upper neoprene part of the boots and the soles were already starting to peel off with me just inspecting the shoes. The very next day I called Epic Sports to return the merchandise and they told me to take pictures and that they would call me back with RA# for returning and they never did, in fact they sent me an email stating "The image does not show wear as far as we can see, the glue on the sole is the excess glue that was not wiped off during production." Salt water is brutal, why would I want to buy a pair of sloppy manufactured shoes. Epic Sports never called me back and would not take the boots back. This is a horrible business!

Well, I didn't receive my purchase. I paid for 3 day shipping and its been 2 weeks. I called customer service and asked to comp my shipping and they said they will comp the expedited portion but not the full shipping. There was no urgency to get this resolved, it felt like the rep felt it wasn't her fault so the shipping company is to blame. Now I have to wait for them to ship it (3rd party). Apparently it never left the warehouse. Then I was instructed to call back to ask to get refunded for the expedited shipping. This is nonsense. I will not recommend this company, products or services to anyone. Highly dissatisfied.
