I placed my order and requested the ground shipping (instead of standard shipping), paying $10.86 to make sure that my jerseys arrived prior to the beginning of the season (May 11). The order arrival date was May 10, and I was sure that this meant it would be here on time.
However, I was notified that one of my items was out of stock. I tried to see if maybe I could have the item replaced with a different size, so that the jerseys would still arrive in time for the season, but was informed the problem had been resolved. Still, the shipping date was pushed back a week, and customer service was of no help. I asked if they could expedite the shipping so that the package would arrive in time, but was told that I would have to pay the shipping cost, even though Epic Sports should be responsible for ensuring delivery on the promised date. Now we will be starting our season and four players will not have uniforms.
This is unacceptable, and I am very unhappy about the late shipment.

Nice merchandise
Ordering for a team was easy. My experience with ordering clothes is always bad. I can never get the right size. Same happened with this order. Maybe one year I will order one of each size and have the girls try on first, then place a team order. That part is not you fault. Everything that you controlled went great.
The chest protector (for softball) was just what he needed, easy to adjust and light. Thanks for the prompt response.

I ordered one of each size of these shorts for an upcoming registration fitting for our youth cheer group. A bulk order will be placed once I have all 50-60 sizes confirmed. The rep was unwilling to provide bulk pricing options for me on the ones I initially placed. First I ordered one to try on my daughter to make sure they weren't see through. Then, I ordered my second order with the other remaining sizes. There were no options and no attempt at even being appreciative towards our business nor an offer for bulk pricing. We are a non-profit so every penny helps. Not to mention, I haven't experienced this sort of customer service with any other vendor from our organization or as a consumer myself. We will complete the order and not come back for future business.

Experience is about average, but the product I purchase is horrible. Out of 18 balls I purchased 6 of them can not stay inflated or even get them to inflate. Pretty bad... I would like a replacement for these defective balls. I would want to return the defective balls, but I am not going to pay for shipping.
