Very disappointing experience. I purchased an amenity kit that I purchased in the past from another source (I loved my current one so much that i bought 3). Despite it being the same brand and appearing to be the identical item (same dimensions, color), the quality was quite poor. I expected to pay return shipping, but was surprised to learn that Epic charges a usurious 25% restocking fee. I will not be a return customer.
I ordered these for my son, Joseph. He is 17 and on a select baseball team called the Mississippi Ray's out of Meridian, Mississippi. Our team ordered these pants and I knew that he would need more than one pair because we do a lot of travel ball and I did not want to be washing at the hotel every night. I placed an order and after they charged my bank account they sent messages instructing me to call their service line because they put my order on hold. After waiting on hold forever they told me that they couldn't match my billing address and shipping address. I have no idea what their problem was because the addresses are correct and I even contacted my bank to confirm. To make it even more interesting I had already ordered from them using the same exact card and address and that one was shipped without issue. If they didn't want to process the transaction, they shouldn't have charged my card! I found the same shirts for a comparable price on another site that knows how to process credit cards but still have not received my money back from Epic, looks like I have unwillingly loaned them money.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
