Here is a huge plug for Epic sports. I had ordered two wetsuits for our recent trip to Oahu and had to pay extra shipping to ensure ontime arrival. Well, for some reason, the arrival was scheduled the evening of the day we had already flown so I figured we were out of luck. I contacted Epic sports and they changed the order and had the wetsuits delivered to us in Oahu the very next day! Thank you so much Epic sports for coming through for us! Big thanks Dr. John and McKenzie!

Items are easy to find and compare. Descriptions and size explanations were extremely helpful. Reviews also contributed to my choice compared to what I found on other websites. I was surprised and a bit disappointed to learn of the overinflated restocking fee. I understand the need for some charge, but it was still a surprise. However, it did not deter me from placing another order.
I ordered "Adult Medium" but they sent Youth Medium. It was WRONG SIZE and WRONG TYPE! It says No exchange or no refundable. What should I DO?

The experience of ordering with Epic was great. It was easy. The price was really good. However, for the product, the wheels are already squeaking. A little WD-40 might do good and stop the squeaking, but I am not sure over time that the wheels will last.
