I purchased several pieces of clothing, however, the package came all taped up, indicating that it was opened somewhere during delivery, and therefore retapped. In the process couple shirts were badly damaged. I sent photos of the damaged shirts, and received confirmation that y'all received the photos. I did all the necessary paperwork to have the product exchanged, but, I have yet to get my exchange.

I ordered 3 shirts from Epic Sports but they were all too small so I contacted customer service to make arrangements to send them back for sizes that were bigger and I was overall pleased with the help in getting the exchange process started. Thanks for the help.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
