Ordered several football related items for a local school to help a player have what was needed. Paid for expedited shipping and it took many days longer than what i paid for and the kid missed a week of practice.

I purchased several pieces of clothing, however, the package came all taped up, indicating that it was opened somewhere during delivery, and therefore retapped. In the process couple shirts were badly damaged. I sent photos of the damaged shirts, and received confirmation that y'all received the photos. I did all the necessary paperwork to have the product exchanged, but, I have yet to get my exchange.

I ordered 3 shirts from Epic Sports but they were all too small so I contacted customer service to make arrangements to send them back for sizes that were bigger and I was overall pleased with the help in getting the exchange process started. Thanks for the help.
