Overall I'm pleased with my shopping experience with Epic Sports. I think having more shipping cost incentives would help out a whole lot. I have ordered the same items in bulks of 7 or more on several occasions, only to pay separate shipping fees with every order. I know Epic can develop a system that addresses shipping fees!

I use epic sports for basically all of my softball supplies! My only suggestion would be the products dont have great descriptions on the website... so it's a little difficult choosing product therefore I end up re-ordering the exact same product where as if there was a little bit better of a product description I would be willing to try other products- specifically the soft touch/training balls
