They were football practice pants with no place for the knee pads. That should not be considered football pants if they don't have room for knee pads.

While I am pleased with the quality of the boxer shorts I ordered, the size I ordered was based on a similar pair I wear for hockey and the one's in this order were too large. There was no way to check waist size matched to overall size in the order but if there had been, I would have ordered a smaller size. They are not returnable so I am stuck with them. Other than that, I was pleased with the other five items in my order.
