While I am pleased with the quality of the boxer shorts I ordered, the size I ordered was based on a similar pair I wear for hockey and the one's in this order were too large. There was no way to check waist size matched to overall size in the order but if there had been, I would have ordered a smaller size. They are not returnable so I am stuck with them. Other than that, I was pleased with the other five items in my order.

Just like most people who have submitted reviews about Epic Sports I have experienced the worst customer service possible. I bought a football officials hat from them and it came to me the a rip in the seam. So, I emailed them right after I purchased the hat telling them that it was torn - I also included pictures. They ignored my email. I emailed them to follow up on why I haven't heard anything from them and they respond telling me that they have a 30 day limit on returns and that it was past that limit so they could not replace the hat.
I reminded them that I had sent an original email within the 30 day limit. I even included a screen shot of that original email. They emailed back telling me that the screen shot wasn't proof enough and that I needed to forward them the original email. I can only assume they thought I created the email, falsified it, took a screen shot of it, then sent it to them - all so I could rip them off for a new $10 hat.
So, I forwarded them the original email and now I have heard nothing from them.
I have never done business with a company like this in my entire life. STAY AWAY FROM THEM - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T STAND BY THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL.

Yes I am very pleased with my product soccer jerseys real good product durable and colors are very vivid and last all season I still see some of my players wearing old jerseys from past seasons they still look good that tells me they enjoy wearing them.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
