I ordered the baseball/card display case because I wanted to display my autographed baseball with the baseball card of the player who signed the ball. Even though they securely packaged the display case the box was crushed before delivery. The display case was damaged and I reported it with photos of the box and damaged product. They immediately replaced the product and it really looks good in my library. I am very pleased with my product and the fact they stood behind the product.

I am very impressed with your prices and selection of clothing. Only 1 item didn't fit. It was the Alleson Adult Short Sleeve Compression Jerseys SKU E*******. I read in the reviews that (even though it's a compression shirt) that you should buy it 1 size larger, which I did. It is tight like a compression shirt, but the length is barely at my waist line. I might be able to ware it as an undershirt, but without enough length to tuck it in, who knows. It was $2, so I didn't feel the need to return it.
My only complaint is about the website. It's more of a sugguestion, then a complaint however. Navigating can be really confusing. What I was looking for wasn't sport realated, but the website doesn't have a general category tab. Maybe add a workout tab, or training wear tab?! Also, once you choose a style you want, you have to select the color BEFORE you select the size. This gets problematic if that color isn't in your size. You end up having to select color after color until you find your size. If you switched it around so that the customer had to select their size first, then it could list all the colors that is available in that size. It would make shopping a lot faster!
Other than that, I am pleased.

My original order was for 150 and the website stated this amount was available; however, I received an email stating that only 86 were available. My credit card was charged for the initial order amount, but received a credit for the difference. My card should've been charged after the available amount was confirmed, not after.
Also, I didn't like the background entertainment while on telephone hold.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
