Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a sport shirt size small. I have been a size small my entire life and have ordered many different brands in size small. I could not even fit this size small over my head! I immediately returned and requested a larger size. "3 weeks" later they still could not locate my package. I had delivery confirmation it was received. I was told the returns department is very backed up and they cannot locate my package at this time. Few days later after "I" again followed up (5x followups in total) I was then told it had been located, but could not be exchanged or refunded because of "vendor policies". Their suggestion... we can donate it or return the useless shirt to me. I was just beside myself, never in my 50 + years of life have I ever had such a bad experience. Evidently they do not know how important customer service is something you can clearly see from the reviews listed here. I am not done with my posts about this company. I am on a mission to notify the world NOT to order from them. Mad, YES, an understatement to say the least. Really..."do you want us to return the shirt that doesn't fit you or donate it "~
I received my order only to find the shirts that I received were not what I thought I had ordered. The description on website and pictures were misleading. There are no return policy instructions on webpage you have to actually call customer service which I have not been able to reach as of yet. In my opinion, a waste of my $80.

We just got the package today... it has been in Houston since the 18th and for 4 days they have posted it was on truck and to be deleivered and it was not till today. This is not your fault but UPS fault.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
