I have ordered jerseys in the past and have never had an issue but this year all of the letters and numbers are falling off after one use and I cannot get a response from the company. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The Alleson softball pants I ordered are so poorly made and sized incorrectly, dont waste your time. It was $10 for regular shipping (a total rip off) then $10 to ship them back. I also was hit with a 15% re-stocking few. I should have just burned the pants. I will never order from them again.

Slow shipping
Shopping was so easy, I only contacted customer service once because they told me one of my orders was not in stock and I'd have to wait but they were really good in communicating with me and overall I'd buy from them again
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
