Well I got hacked. Lost my Microsoft account too (they have the worst support by far) and had to reset a few others. When I noticed I cant login to my Epic games account one week later I already thought its gone too, because whoever stole the accounts changed the email and stuff.
So I just wrote them a ticket and explained what happened, gave a hint that the email may be different (I didnt get a notification that it got changed tho), and they just set the mail to the one that was used to create the account. So exactly what I needed, and sent me a code to reset my password.
You can say what you want about their marketing and maybe their support, but at least they actually have one with peopple that try to think what could happened and how to help.
I was really pleased that there is also a support that can actually help after the whole interactions with a few others (Because of the lost accounts and stuff), so big thanks to Epic Games

When My account was hacked I tried to get the email changed back because the email was changed by some random Russian hacker and when I try to contact there support I get no emails not even any help with problem

Epic Games is the worst company EVER! They have no idea how bad they are. They make Fortnite and Fortnite sucks $#*! all because Epic has no idea of how to keep it running and maintenanced. Also, they take over Rocket League which was perfectly fine with Psyonics running it. But, once Epic took over it became very much like Fortnite, $#*!. Learn how to do your job or just don't do it at all. Stop ruining games for your own benefit. $#*! YOU EPIC.

Fortnite battle royale is supposed to be a fun, fair game but of course, deku's smash roams it's $#*!$#*! around the island killing people from 100 meters and granting victory with no effort required. Plz nerf this and sorry for strong language.

Stupid hammers and now stupid bombs from the sky that destroy everything and help mediocre teams win all the time. Game is absolute garbage right now...thanks for ruining years of enjoyment.

My ex and I both purchased V bucks for our son for Christmas, and he has been unable to redeem 100 dollars worth of V bucks and there is no number to call for support for this issue. We have written e mails to their customer service with no response. Beware! Do not buy V bucks, as we are now out 100 dollars, and have no way of getting the money back. Horrible customer service

The truth is that I didn't even care about epic games before but... after fall guys came back for free well... I started to dislike me when season 2 (SS2) arrived, I ended up disliking the entire company, because most of skins that I like leave the payment for the stupid ShowBucks premium currency (it might seem familiar to you because of V-Bucks that are from Fortnite) I mean how Epic Games could have made the worst decision of all fall guys how to make it free and epic games can't say: It can't be... IT WORKED. Because then they would realize that they lose players due to microtransactions... (I think I'm talking too much about Fall Guys more than Epic Games).

I thought epic games was good. Let me tell u rocket league has the worst controlls and also the lag is alot even if u might have a 240hz. Fortnite and fall guys have incredible rage moments due to epic games not giving a single $#*! about the games. All the games sucks. I would have rated this -infinite if I could due to this epic game $#*!y $#*! community being so bad. Honestly I can see why everyone hates epic games its the biggest piece of dog $#*!

This is regarding fortnite and the thousands of people having issues with it even after the quick patch they just did on Jan 2023.
I've reported so many glitches and bugs in this new chapter only to be pushed off by some random bulls@#t answer. No sprint, Lag drop when sprinting into a slide. No Red dot on the red dot AR, damage not registering on direct hits to the hit box, no mantle, glitching to another part of the map when exiting a vehicle. Not being able to reload or even shoot your guns now
(thats a new one) I just find it ridiculous that people such as myself that have been playing for years and love the game have spent so much money on it only for it to so full of issues that it's basically unplayable 70% of the time. Then I get emails asking how my service was, Lmao it's horrible! The new chapter 4 with the new map and weapons should have been perfect when it dropped but it was rushed and is now being considered the worst one yet bc of the issues that thousands of people are having. If I didn't have so much money invested in it I would have Uninstalled it a long time ago. They need to get their act together and listen to their customers issues instead of giving them random bland answers that do nothing.

If I could give them no stars and a good smack in their face I would. Thankfully never bought anything from them. They made my account inactive FOR ZERO REASONS, told me they couldn't verify that I'm the owner of my own freaking account and I can now never log in. Well guess what twats, this is why you are losing to emulators and steam. Their support? A joke and pathetic.

They "give" free games, well and good marketing strategy, they've also stolen the one game I payed a premium for out of my library and there is NO customer support or contact info either in-client of on their website. Not an obvious scam at first... but definitely a scam. If I wasn't acab I'd call the cops on these scammers

I'm a mother of 2 boys who love playing fortnite. They put time in and even spent allowance money on battle passes and skins. All of a sudden the game refused to let us add friends. I also was getting error messages telling me I cannot load vbucks giftcard they got for Christmas. The boys are very upset. We wrote customer service. We have written them back and forth since Christmas eve. They have not solved ANY of the issues and refuse to help me with what's wrong. We still can't link our ps4 fortnite account to epic games. We can't update the screen name so the correct account is linked. It keeps denying my account logins even though I'm logged in on my ps4 with the info I'm entering into epic games. They told me I accidentally set up parental controls that's why we can't add friends. I logged into parental controls on ps4 through fortnite but no settings were blocking the adding of friends. Then they told me I'm using the wrong email. Which this has zero to do with the not being able to add friends. I'm not using the wrong email bc it's the one I'm logged in on my ps4 with. Then they told me I had a deactivated account. But I'm still playable with it on the ps4. They do not know what they're doing and they do not have a phone support or else we'd prolly get the issue resolved. But because epic knows that they hired a bunch of idiots who pull random solutions out of their asses instead of actually knows what the solution is We get screwed as loyal customers and our kids get to open gifts they can't even use. Terrible. Halo and bungie are way better and I'm glad our family is switching bc this wouldn't happen through Xbox. We are writing playstation to petition they remove fortnite from their platform until epic can get proper customer service that isn't stealing money from customers and not giving them a solution.

Process of logging in from a switch to redeem VBUCKS is horrendous. Customer service take days to reply. This is the most horrendous process to simple redeem a voucher. 10/10 wouldn't recommend ever.

Not only did they not launch my game upon purchase, I had to go to ubisoft connect to update nearly 40 GIGS of the game... screw you epic games, the only reason I even used your crappy launcher was because it wasn't available on steam. Never gonna use you again, it wasn't even worth the discount. Unless it is available on epic games onl6 don't even bother using it
