I got banned in rocket league for absolutely nothing and when asked they couldn't even provide a reason for why I got banned. Ridiculous.

I've lost so much money on this game! Whenever we try to redeem a vbucks card they never work and I always have to try and email player support which never works either. Save your time and money people!

I gave a 1 start because it wouldn't let me do none.
They are a bad company who simply rip people off and allow anyone to delete someones account after they have taken all their money.
Can't request to talk to someone and the SERVICE is as bad as it gets.

I have to wait 5-10 minutes for "epic games launcher" to even initialize. Afterward I launch Rocket League, a free game since Epic deserves no money. I then wait 5+ minutes for the game to launch (a game that launches instantly from steam). The whole UI is wholly garbage, I try to click on my games library only to be greeted by the worst game ever created, Fortnite. A game that had an idea and even some modicum of creativity behind it in it's original idea, to inevitably sell out and become a battle royal where overall skill with guns doesn't matter, only how fast you can build matters. But if I continue into how terrible fortnight is I Won't be able to finish this review. Just please let it be known that Epic Is a predatory company with no morals that is holding wholesome companies like Remedy and others just make a quick buck. If for some ungodly reason you must get a game from them, check steam first. And if they don't have it, think twice about supporting the worst games publisher (even worse than EA) and maybe wait for the game to come to steam. <3

Banned and blocked my daughters account after spending SOOOO much money! They will not communicate with the reason why. We are very upset with the lack of support and no one aiming to rectify this situation. Please think carefully about purchasing anything from epic!

Awful games, worse customer service. No sense in trying to talk to then, they are either all bots based in india.

Epic games not only stole my account with tons of games, and spent so much money in it, but when I tried to recover it they either abruptly end my chat or said sorry we couldn't help in this situation not even explaining what exactly is wrong with my account. I have sent multiple emails every day and they reply to you after 10-15 emails saying the same thing "sorry blah blah". There is nowhere I can seek justice for what menial thing epic games is doing, shame on you epic games. I will warn everyone not to purchase anything from epic games.

I bought a prepaid credit card I only registered to the epic game store. I only used it once to buy Red Dead 2.11 days after the purchase someone in Egypt Cairo drain the rest of the credit card. I tried bringing this to epics attention and all they suggested to me to remove the credit card from my account which there is no point doing this because it is a prepaid credit card that has been emptied already

Fix your freaking downloads ffs. 1GB rocketleague update takes fking 30 minutes whereas on stem in would take 1 fking minute

My old account NACHOMAMA314 asked me to verify my age which my Dad tried to fix it and it didn't work but when he tried to fix my younger brother's account and it worked it was now playable. But, my younger brother's account now asks us to put a pin in if he wants to send friend request,or join a party etc. so he gave that account to me I am very happy but I WANT MY ORIGINAL ARIANA GRANDE SKIN BUNDLE and my limited edition Christmas Tree Skin and Mammoth, Like so unfair it cost me all my money I got for Christmas 2,800 v-bucks is a lot of money for a kid, also it was 2,800 for the ariana bundle and the christmas skins were free but limited edition and my brother gave me this other skin i forgot the name of it for my birthday on that account please send the skins and skin bundle to Scotty1King... The photo shows that I really do have the NachoMama account and Scotty1King account the other accounts don't really have anything to do with it but you might not see the Scotty1King account because my camera was bugging but I still I have the proof that I own the accounts so please send me my skins and everything else in my locker from my old NachoMama account to Scotty1King. Also I'd appreicate it if you get rid of parental controls on fortnite because I can't play with others because my parents don't know the pin. I really appreciate it sorry if it is so much to read. But I hope you understand. I'm not even a kid. I normally don't care for games but I don't like the feeling of my money being wasted. I'd appreciated it.

It is really sad to see big companies treating customers so badly. My son got blocked for whatever reason, because they do not want to give the reason... after asking several times they just stopped communicating. They are not respecting their customers... what kind of management is this... they should be ashamed having this kind of people working for them... but i think it was in the beginning passion of their work, now it became gread... welll done tim sweeney, shame on you

F*ck epic games. I had an account from 2017 with over $500 spent on it that got hacked for the SECOND time and when I tried to get it back they said "we can't prove the account was yours and we can't tell you why because of security purposes." The same security purposes that let it get hacked TWICE? Absolute joke of a customer service and company

I am a kid, but it thought that I am a adult and then made my fricken account cabined and now i cant access certain games but the stupid part is that the cabined account and the adult account are the same email.
Epic is $#*! don't get it it is a waste of time go to steam for a better experience. And i need face id, normal id,
And credit or debit I DONT HAVE THAT $#*! I AM A KID!

So many bugs on the epic games store, cant download games i pay for and a joke of a customer service 0/10
