When the vet informed me that our cat had lost just enough weight to fall into a lower strength Rx for Bravecto, and they didn't carry that strength, this was the reason I called the vet, to purchase a refill. I was instructed "to just order it online" which I had never done before. I felt annoyed. It took me a few days to get into that mindset. I wanted a source near the Pacific Northwest, Entirely Pets Pharmacy in Union City, CA. The website was easy to navigate. They offered a discount, which would cancel shipping fees. They had the proper strength in stock. I ended up paying 20% less than it would have cost from the Vet. It arrived in 3 days! The transfer of the Veterinarian's Rx to the pharmacy was seamless. I had only to supply the name and phone number, even though it was not on the drop down list. I hate Amazon. The entire transaction was conducted direct from source to me. I am very happy and plan to continue with Entirely Pets for all refills!
Love Frontline for my cat and never see a flea or tick on her. She is an indoor/outdoor cat Entirely Pets is reliable and customer service is great!
This is my first time ordering from EntirelyPets and it was delivered as promised and cost less than any place else I looked.
Placed an order over a month ago. I emailed after 2 and 1/2 weeks and got a response that is was just in and was out of stock. I asked why they didn't inform me of this. No real answer, and that my shipment was going to be sent out immediately priority shipping at no additional cost. I asked if they would send me tracking info... they said they would but no email... I waited a week and called they said they would send it out and send an email and it should be here by the end of the week. NOPE, still not here Been 5 weeks and called them again. At this point just would like my money returned and to never see there web page again! Canceled my order we will see how that goes. Also this guy told me it is out of stock in the warehouse but will be in shortly. Funny that the other three times I contacted them it was on its way and shipped out to me. Good luck if you decide to use this company!
I ordered my pets medication from this site and didn't hear anything about the script for 2 weeks. I contacted support and they stated my order was being sent. Another week and a half goes by and I receive an email stating they are waiting to send my order because I have not paid and to call support. I called the same day and was told they cancelled my order because it wasn't paid and they couldn't do anything for me and suggested I reorder.
Why would I reorder when it takes them three +weeks to to get the order and then cancel the order. They stated they cannot process my order because I didn't pay... you have to put your cc information in when you order your product. There is no reason not to charge your card. Also when you put promo codes in that are advertised on the website they do not work and they won't add. It's a bait and switch which is illegal last time I checked.
So not order from this site!
Horrible customer experiences from the Entirely Pet - never refund after receiving returned goods.
The Entirely Pet agent said that the refund would be made the following 5-10 business days but nothing happened. This same course of routines had happened three times last six months.

I was very pleased with the timely arrival of my pet's medication. This was my first time using an online pet rx service and I was very pleased
EntirelyPetsPharmacy was a nightmare to deal with, couldn't manage a simple automatic Rx for one medication, and showed absolutely no interest or sense of urgency when it came to fixing the issue. I wouldn't trust them with any important Rx that a pet must have daily; between the "system issues" (according to them) and all the human errors they not once sent an auto-shipment order on time and never notified me of any issues; I never found out about anything until not receiving the Rx and calling in to find out the order status.
The original credit card number I gave them was lost and replaced with a new card with a new number. On 3 different occasions I called them to give them the replacement card number yet they continued to use the bad card number repeatedly which of course declined; they never contacted me to let me know a charge had declined, and their explanation for not updating the card number after three different calls was "system issues".
EntirelyPets doesn't seem very good at managing their business and never showed any urgency about my dog getting her medication. Every time I spoke to them it was like groundhog day with the same mistakes over and over and no one sounding like they even cared. My dog's health is too important to entrust it to a pharmacy that is both incompetent and apathetic.
I switched to Entirely pets pharmacy because mine was recently bought out by another company with zero interest in customer care. I ordered a bottle of medicine from entirely pets pharmacy and it was delivered to my home in a timely manner but the dry ice had melted. I called and spoke to Shaun B. Who was very understanding of the situation & provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend doing business with Entirely Pets Pharmacy.
Unfortunately it took over two weeks to receive my dog's prescriptions. I had to call twice to check on status and get updates on why it was taking so long.
I ordered a supplement for my dog. It says the item was in stock when I purchased it online. A few days later, I received an email saying the supplement was out of stock and will be shipped when they receive it. I asked when? No reply. I went online and used the chat to ask questions. They said hello back to me but no reply after I ask questions. No reply on chat and email. I have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will never shop there.
The shipping was super fast. Item exactly what ordered and a great price. The communication between the company and vet must be straight on, because it took only 3 days until the product came
It was, as always, easy to order and the price is right. My dog is a little hairy old man with a serious endocrine issue. Murphy's vital medication arrived on time. Murphy can keep on tickin' to do more lickin'!
Unlike others, I've had no problems with the company. Prices were reasonable, and I got the correct product at the time the company said I would receive it.
Took 2 weeks for them to ship order. Medications were stolen from my mailbox. Company REFUSED to refund the amount to my credit card. Every time I called, I was on HOLD for about 30 minutes. They were rude and condescending each time I called them. DO NOT ORDER FROM this company.
I ordered dog clippers and waited, and waited, and waited for them to arrive. I called and emailed multiple times without success. When I finally did reach someone on the phone, he barely knew what was going on, was not helpful and claimed that they would send the clippers in a week or two. He also claimed that they would update me but I have never heard back. It's been 4 months and nothing. This company is a scam.
I felt they did agood job and prices were better than most places. Rx services were good as they preloaded the Veterinarians so you just chose right one. Bought both flattish and heartworm for 12 months.
Extremely disappointed with this company. They have good coupons and low prices but don't update their website to reflect when items are out of stock or back ordered. Twice now I have placed an order only to find out a week later that my shipment is being delayed because an item is on back order. This last time I called asking if the in stock items could be shipped immediately and was told they could and would be. A week later, I've called numerous times and keep being reassured that the in stock items, which happen to be HEART MEDICATION FOR MY 14 YEAR OLD DOG! Are being processed only to speak with someone later to confirm only to find out that they in fact still have not shipped! I was actually reassured twice that they without a doubt would ship today, only to call back later and be told that they "should" ship in two days! If you try to speak with a manager or supervisor you're told that they aren't in at the moment. I've been trying for almost two weeks now to get medication that my dog needs to survive, medicine that I have paid for yet still have not received and that hasn't even shipped yet! Definitely would not recommend this company if you need medication because it's questionable as to if and when you'll actually get it!
