Have ordered twice and both times am still looking for my order after two weeks. Customer service terrible. Can't track order online. Phone reps very rude and non helpful even hanging up on me. Not sure how they survive in todays society of online business.
I will no longer use this so called pet pharmacy. I ordered a Rx for my horse back in October. Despite numerous emails I was ignored. When we called customer disservice they said they had none of the drugs in stock. Said they don't know when they'll get any! Now I have only a few tablets left - so they've left us in a mess. They should all go to work in a clown car!
I placed and paid for an order with the pharmacy for lactated ringers solution. I waited for 3 weeks for the product and didn't ship. I called to see what the hold up was and they said I would have to pay an additional $140 for shipping after I had already paid 3 weeks ago. No phone call, no email, no text... waited for me to call and find out I got the shaft. Now I have to scrounge to find some because of their horrible service. Too many other places to go to have this kind of service!

Paid to have the order arrive 2 to 4 days. Customer service said 2 to 4 days is the time they have to ship. False advertising. Will never order from them again. They can't cancel the order once shipped and charge a 20% restocking fee should return the product.
I received my order, my expensive quick ship order, in 7 days! Unacceptable and this medication is supposed to be kept in refrigerator and cold. I shoul get a refund or replacement and because of this I will not place any more orders with from these folks.
The first order to them was painfully slow but sure I get it takes time to verify the RX with the Dr.'s office. However a refill on that same RX with expedited shipping should not take 2 weeks to have then eventually do something. Just spoke with a customer service person who couldn't care less and he said they are actively working on getting that together. It still has not shipped out.
I ordered joint medicine for my dog. Their site said I would receive it in 4-8 days. It did not arrive. EntirelyPets sent me a tracking number but ridiculously left to space naming the carrier blank so I could not track. I called their customer service twice and held for over 45 mins twice with no answer. It arrived today just as I was going to the bank to have the charge credited back to my account. It took 16 days from the notice it was shipped until the time it arrived. Twice the maximum time I was told. Will not use this company again.
My bunny loves only this food... and only certain pieces out of it. My stars are for the food only. I understand a manufacture delay and have no problem with this. However, when you order something and get no correspondence about the order for a week other than your money being taken is not right. The company (2 people) told me they knew they were out of stock and to cancel my order would take 5 days to get my money back. I was never told the food was out of stock and normally with any company when an item is out of stock you do not get charged. To be charged without an item being sent is wrong. It would have even been a little better if the company would have sent a message saying it was out of stock other than just one that says thanks for your order. The two people I spoke with had no interest in resolving my issues with the poor correspondence and only offered to cancel my order. Well sad thing is my bunnies need food so this will be the first, last, and only order I place with Healthy Pets RX or Entirely Pets RX.
Ordered medication that was not vaccinations but was charged vaccine shipping of almost 40$ for the items. It was medicine that is temperature controlled but it took 10 days to arrive by truck in 90+ degree weather with no cooling packs (which wouldn't matter after 10 days anyway). 2nd day air would have been more understandable but was not offered on items. Very disappointing when 130$ worth of medicine might not be usable because of temperature. Granted some fault lays with fed ex shipping but this business should know how to ship items that have temperature restrictions.
Out of stock when I ordered. Was able to find elsewhere, and when calling to cancel this order it had already shipped. Requested return authorization and now they are charging a 20% restocking fee. The 20% restocking fee was not listed under the Info-Returns section of the website. Not helpful or reasonable!
I ordered Ivermectin for my guinea pig! I am not one of those anti vaxxers! Online it said it was available but come shipping time and I never got it! I had to be the one reaching out to them to ask about what happened instead of them updating me! Customer service is crap! If you're going to get something on here, go through paypal so your money is protected.
I have had a recurring monthly order with them for Optimune, which is an important Rx for animals who don't produce tears. Without it their eyes can dry out and they can go blind.
Entirely PetsRX has yet to send any of the automatic orders out on time. For three months they kept delaying the order saying the card was declined, and they had been trying to use an expired card that I had asked them to change repeatedly. Each month was Groundhog Day; I'd call them to give them the updated card #, they'd place the order, then the next month they would revert back to using the expired card and delaying the order. That finally got rectified after I spent an hour on the phone with three different people. Now they keep saying they need a new RX from the vet even though the vet has repeatedly send them new Rxs for 6 months at a time. They apparently keep losing the new Rx, and again like Groundhog Day every month is a delay because they can't find the Rx. This month I actually called ahead 5 days to make sure everything was good to go and they said it was, then a week later no shipment -- because they can't find the Rx. And they don't try to rectify the problem; their idea of fixing things is to say "this once I can express mail the Rx", yet their idea of express mail is something that takes 4 business days. If I didn't have a backup for this drug my dog would be blind by now because of their horrible management.
If you want cheap prices and don't really need your Rx's by any certain time, and don't mind the frustration of every order being messed up then EntirelyPets may be ok for you. But if you have a pet that depends on the meds you're ordering, I'd strongly advise steering clear of this "pharmacy". Their service is abysmal and it's impossible to get through to anyone who is in charge or can make decisions. Their regular "customer service" reps all sound like high schoolers and none of them really give a damn whether your pet gets the medicine they need or not.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I will never order from this site again unless there are no other options. I ordered urgently needed meds and was told by Customer service that they would ship the following day. I paid for expedited shipping because I was told they can't do express so late in the week. 4 business days later, when my meds are supposed to show up, I checked the site and the meds were pending. I messaged CS again to ask if there was an error and they told me that the item was backordered and that it was coming in the same day and likely to go out the next day. It went out a few days later and showed up 3 weeks after I ordered it. This was urgently needed meds and I wasn't informed of a backorder for over a week and no one replied to my customer service email at all and it's been over 3 weeks later. I'd rather pay $30 more and get the items in two days next time. Disjointed customer service and poor inventory control make for disaterous consequences when running a pharmacy.
The first customer service person I dealt with over a week ago was pleasant and no issues with me needing to cancel an order. The next two were not. I called after the 7 business days to check on my refund and after giving the person the order number and date of cancel, I tried to explain why I was calling. The person talked over me and would not listen to anything I had to say, which actually I never was able to tell the person what I was calling about. The next person, was from Entirely Pets Pharmacy calling me to provide with the information concerning the refund and again I wanted to ask a couple questions and the person cut me off and would not let me speak and said I was being rude to her. And then I found out that the information she gave me concerning my refund was incorrect. I will not purchase anything from this company. Their customer service is not for the customer.
Unbelievable- not once but twice they charged me for the full amount of the auto ship product even though nothing was shipped because they were out of stock. The product is sent to my daughter so I'm not aware when it's not delivered. Thankfully I caught it and called them. There was never an email or any other form of communication to let me know they were out of stock. Cancelled the auto ship and waiting to be credited back $85 for products I never received. Beyond furious.
Found a 20% off coupon on a google search for apoquel (apoquel20) went to buy, put in the coupon code and it registered as 10% off, not 20%. Seems like they are trying to rip people off with bad math, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
I chat/message with a rep and she tries to make me prove where I got the coupon, and then says it doesn't exist and will not honor it. Seriously. ALSO - while trying to get this discount I discovered that COSTCO Pharmacy is wayyyyyy cheaper even without a costco membership.

Exist. I s/w a supervisor Pyle (driver) very abrupt and abrasive said that I needed to contact my vet and have them respond. Why did you take my money today if you haven't heard back? Why didn't you send me a message? My horse really needs that medicine! Your office is incompetent! Send my money back and close my account! You can sit on hold! Why are you a jerk! Several call later... nothing. A few days later more texts to my vet. Call the Entirely Pets RX, why are you still sending faxes to my vet bc you sent a total of 13! So, your telling me that you just got one approved out of 3? Aren't all 3 prescriptions on one sheet? Just fill the one you have and stop faxing my vet. I will go to a more competent company that give updates if there is a problem right away, like Chewy (in 1 day!)
9/2/21 A few days ago they sent my vet faxes and my vet called, I said throw all Entirely faxes away and send faxes back to Chewy. Entirely only had fax for Equioxx for $72, so they charged me again on top of the $125.41 (that I never got & and meme refunded).
Today I got an email that asks: click this link if you got your shipment, or this this link if your didn't receive or if you cancelled...
Let's see if they get this right. I doubt it. The first time they charged me $86 for the Equioxx. The second time they charged me $72.

Merchandise was shipped to me that I did not order. I called EPP and was told once I received the package to ship back and I would be credited which I did. After 2 months, I was told the package was never received by EPP. After about 10 phone calls and doing a dispute with my credit card company, EPP finally credited me 80% of the amount charged. I will never order from this company again and would not recommend them.
It delays to much to process and ship the medication even when the approval is obtained over the phone with the veterinarian and you pay for priority shipping. By the time I'll get the medication will be over a week. This is really bad service.
