The original vet gave me 7 days worth of meds at a very high price, not taking into account that it would be difficult to get the med over that weekend. I was upset, but my brother told me about this company. They got the prescription and shipped quickly and for way less money. Dog is doing great on her new med.
Placed an order for Anipryl on line last Thursday. Received the confirmation and was waiting on the prescription from my vet. They got that Monday. I called Tuesday morning to confirm and ask that they expedite the shipment (paid extra for that). Called back Tuesday afternoon asking why I hadn't gotten an email saying it had shipped. Was told then that the medication I ordered was back ordered from the manufacture and they had no idea when it would be in. Six days wasted when I could have been looking elsewhere for a drug that my dog needs NOW. All they could do was apologize. That isn't enough. Will never use this company again. Horrible customer service.
Took forever to get my order! I was disappointed in the packaging, or lack thereof, of my heartworm medication that I ordered. I ordered 3 doses and it didn't even come in a box! I have ordered 3 doses elsewhere and it comes sealed and packaged in a box from the manufacturer. I'm glad I had an extra dose at home, because it never would have made it in time for when I needed it (I ordered a week or more ahead of when I needed it).
Decent prices on pet prescription. Always receive my packages in a timely manner. Had a few hiccups in the past, but as in any business or everyday life things happen. Its how you deal with them and I will continue to use their pharmacy for my pets prescriptions.
On April 10,2018 I ordered adequan for my German shepherd. After not receiving it, my vet spoke to the pharmacy on April 18. Vet was told it would be shipped that day or the next. On April 23, I called entirely pets myself because I STILL hadn't received med. My dog was now 2 days late with his dose of adequan. I was told it was on backorder and they couldn't give me a delivery date. What!? After telling my vet it would be in the mail? Worse, they ALREADY BILLED MY CREDIT CARD!
Price was great. Received the order in just a few days. Will definitely order again. Have a good selection to choose from.

Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away! Terrible customer service they blamed it on my vet and I know they were lying to me. It was ten days before they shipped my order and then no tracking number. Probably would have got here sooner if they would have taped it to the back of a slug!

EntirelyPetsPharmacy are fantastic to deal with. They always get my scripts from my Vet very quickly and always call me if there is ever a problem. I will be dealing with them for as long as I own pets.
It may be cheaper than others but I am not ordering from them again. The first time I ordered from EntirelyPetsPharmacy, it was very complicated and they were very slow at processing my order. Overall it took EntirelyPetsPharmacy 9 full days to ship my order. The second time I ordered from them, it took them 3 days to fill my order which is much better but I had to call them after they sent me an email saying that they were waiting for approval from my vet (same story as my first order). This was a refill, so I thought the order didn't need my vet's approval. The attendant was rude and he patronized me. "For your future reference, check if your prescription has refills", he added in a very condescending way (yeah, because I am so stupid and I need you to future reference me!). While I understand what he was trying to say, that is not the way you speak to any customer. Second, they claim to fax a requirement to your vet within one hour of receiving an order. This isn't true, they take days to do it (2 days in my case). Maybe all he had to do was apologize for sending the fax request to my vet 2 days late and that they were working on improving their service and that they valued my feedback and hey, here is a coupon for your next order for your inconvenience (not necessary but that is what customer journey experience is all about: customer loyalty). I was nervous because the first time I placed an order with them, I was forced to do a small refill somewhere else since I could not rely anymore on EntirelyPetsPharmacy's timing (so my pooch's medications ended up being much more expensive). While perhaps other pharmacies will be challenged too, I just can't endorse establishments that treat customers as if they are dumb, stupid or are just plain wrong. So I will take my business somewhere else. Smart attendants that are not well trained and are not capable of assuming any responsibility on behalf of the company they represent, patronize customers and blame anyone else for their lack of performance according to their offerings and that use unfortunate phrases on disgruntled customers do not deserve my business. For me, my peace of mind is more important. Thank you for all that it was, EntirelyPetsPharmacy. I hope you consider this feedback to improve.
I placed an order online. They sent the fax for authorization to my dogs vet. The vet sent it back same day. Order status was pending for days, when I called, was told that by the customer service representative that he would figure out what was wrong and call me the next day. He did not call, so I called, got a different representative who told me the same story. He did call back, med was out of stock. They offered to upgrade my shipping but could not guarantee that I would get the med in time. Then after all of this, they blamed my vet saying that they never received the fax. The representative then did a conference call with my vet. The representative was rude to the vet technician, blaming everything on her. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and will never order from this company.
Sent two 240 pills bottles of pain medicine within 1 and half week apart, after I asked them to cancel 1st one, since vet was out of office for 16 days and my dog needed renewal before that. I went to 2nd vet to get renewed. But still sent 1st order, after vet came back. What pharmacy would not question this, and send out more! My daughter is a Dr. of pharmacy and would of never of did this without calling patient. Are they really pharmacist? Don't use. After I called Entirely Pets about taking back 2nd pills back,(my dog will probably not live that long but miracles still happen) they refused. Then said they call me back. Well, guess what? Never received call, They got an extra $150.00 so why would they care. Anybody out there, stay away!
I am so happy to have found this site. I was able to get meds that my dog needs for his allergies and well-being, at a much lower price than the vet was charging me. I used the reviews from other customers to find what would best fit my needs. The items were shipped quickly and are working already! Will definitely be using this site for my future pet needs!
