I purchased breveto for my boxer dog, the same flea medicine I have used the entire 8 years she's been alive and never had an issue. This is the 1st time I've bought it from this company and it was worthless. I don't know if it was even a product or if it was a placebo, that's how badly it performed. After hours of trying to reach this company I finally do and I'm told tough luck. They tell me contact Merck because they won't honor their product. I can't imagine a company this size being more concerned with the 50 bucks they made off of me then about a customer's satisfaction! I have used many other pharmaceutical companies for many products over thre 30 years ive been a pet owner and they always backup their products. I am now out the purchase price of the medication and I'm going to have to invest in Star and who knows what else to clear the flees out of the house. I have never in all the years I've owned a pet had something like this happened.
I will not be ordering from this company again and I recommend you look elsewhere as well
Breathalyser is (not "Plus") good product that my vet originally suggested for my cat. Really helped gum problems. Service was prompt and the product was well packed.
When looking at sites I usually shop they were out of what I needed. Entirely pets had the Greenies I needed and was no shipping because of purchase over $49. Fast service also. New customer.

Yes, the company has attractive prices on meds. However, just try to get the medication. They are stocked out, then they need verbal approval of the med they have a written prescription for, then they don't answer the phone for 45 minutes when you try to contact them for the umpteenth time in the six weeks you have been waiting to receive needed medication. Do they contact us? No, they expect us to keep calling them. When you tell the company rep that it is a boatload of trouble to order through them and you won't be doing so in the future, the rep says, "that's OK." Bottom line, purchase somewhere else.
We finally got our medication (MetVedin) after over a month of waiting. We also ordered Salix and received the one order but were charged for two. I have been unable to get through to the company. I'm sure they will take care of this, but it is just a little inconvenient.
My dog has to have a belly bone every morning or the acid in her stomach makes her vomit. This is the only thing that works. Thank you because Entirely Pets Pharmacy is the only store I could find them during this pandemic. I will continue ordering them from you after this situation is behind us. Thank you.
I've used them for many years and always have found them quick, reliable and reasonably priced. However over the past few months - and I suspect they like all of us have been affected by COVID - it has been a completely different experience. A complete lack of communication, they don't respond to emails, I can't reach them on the phone (I've tried numerous times and give up after 30-40 minutes on hold. Approach with caution. I hope things get better for them because they were once a good company.

Terrible experience.No communication at all. Waiting 30min. And they answer the phone just to disconnected you. Cant even cancel my order. 10 days the order was placed they telling me that the item in my order is unexpected backorder and they expecting the new shipment to arrive soon.And this people selling medication. Until you get your order your pet can pass away.
First order before pandemic fine. Refill order placed 4/24. It's 5/07. Overnight shipping? No email to explain delay. Phone line is always busy! Gave a neg. Comment on FB & finally answer. It's a refill of Optimmune, my dog can go blind w/o it. They say waiting on my vet. No one told me! Then I tell them it's a refill with 4 refills. They tell me I didn't tell them that! I had provided original RX. They are overwhelmed and should've shut down during pandemic. Can't get a tracking order since they are still processing my order for 3 days since they answered me on FB messenger. It's the worst customer service ever! Let's see how long it takes, in the interim I got the medication from my vet.

I've been using Entirely Pets Pharmacy for awhile now. I was initially drawn to the relatively low price that they offered on my dog's rather expensive, but necessary eye medication. Unfortunately, their auto shipping is unreliable at best. I've called customer service a few times to inquire why things haven't auto shipped and have been given a bunch of excuses. Recently I called customer service requesting my dog's RX to be shipped (thinking I was being proactive). A couple days later I began questioning whether anything was shipped since I never received email confirmation. Another call to customer service (with a long wait time) revealed the prior customer service agent never processed the order. I was told they would try to get the order processed today, but it would still be 3 business days until shipping. And rushed shipping will cost me extra, even though they're the ones that dropped the ball. The cost savings isn't really worth the time I have to spend keeping on top of them to try to get my dog's medication on time. Shop around, there's got to be better veterinary pharmacies that have reasonable prices and better customer service.
First time pet owner. Extremely poor (actually complete lack of) customer service. They did not respond to multiple email inquiries. Simple solution-- I next tried 800-PET-MEDS and not only received great customer service or price match but a price beat!

My dog has congestive heart failure. I decided to purchase the medication from entirelypetspharmacy.com because, after spending $4,000 for my dog's vet bills, I really needed someplace to buy medication just a little cheaper to alleviate the financial strain. BIG MISTAKE. Another lesson in "you get what you pay for". My dog requires 5 different medications twice a day. One of them being the Pimobendan (Vetmedin). I placed an order on April 7 for the Pimobendan and another medication that I had MAILED them a prescription for, and also a third (with instructions to simply obtain a transfer from another pharmacy, which I assumed would take them maybe a day to do) and it is now almost THREE WEEKS and I still haven't received my order AND I paid for the expedited shipment. After waiting about a week and half I inquired about the ordered. Received NO response. At about two weeks, I inquired again. No response. Shame on me for not CALLING them. It is now 19 days and I called and miraculously got a hold of someone. The customer service rep told me that they were OUT of the Pimobendan - as in didn't have any in stock and it was on back order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The one medication I was EXPECTING THEM TO MAIL ASAP they ran out of and didn't even bother to let me know so that I can get it from somewhere else. Complete and utter disaster of a company. I wish I had read the reviews about this company sooner, as I would have avoided relying on them at all costs - especially for the sake of my dog.
I'm happy with the process, products and ease and efficiency of ordering and delivery. I am not happy that I was charged twice for the same product and am having fits trying to get hold of someone to answer the phone! If I don't get an answer or resolution soon, I will certainly not use this site again!

I called my vet to make sure ordering pet meds online was safe for my pet. They said EntirelyPetsPharmacy was a reliable and safe source... and less expensive. The vet approved the prescription required to buy from EntirelyPetsPharmacy. My vet does not offer "price match". I waited a week for delivery (COVID-19 delivery delays expected) but I saved $50. Worth it!
Took three weeks and five calls including a conferance call between my vet, their customer service manager, and their pharmacist before I got them to ship. In addition, the manager promised me it would go out Express shipping and instead sent it out regular ship and is going to take another week to arrive to me. Ugh, my horse is sick and take 4 weeks to get what you need after you pay!
