I just recently discovered Entirely Pets. They had essential products available that I have not been able to find elsewhere, at very reasonable prices. The order process was seamless. Additionally, they followed up to make certain I had received my order!
This has got to be one of the worse on-line companies I have EVER dealt with. I placed an order and before it arrived, our dog passed away. I attempted to cancel it with no luck, it already shipped. I contacted customer service and asked to send back the order. They said I would get an RMA label within 48-72 hours. Nothing! Called in again and was told the same thing, I would get an RMA label within 48-72 hours. Nothing came. I called in a third time and the representative promised he would get me the label within the hour. FIVE hours of calls and being on hold and several e-mails which were never answered and I FINALLY got the label. The USPS tracking number shows the package was received by them on May 24th. A month later and still no credit has been issued. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge, another hour of phone calls. Use Chewy.com. They not only credited my order, they also sent a sympathy card for our loss. EntirelyPets.com doesn't care about you or your pet!
My title says it all. They are very responsive to any questions or concerns, and have a great selection of products (some of which I haven't been able to locate anywhere else). Prices are reasonable, quick shipping.
DO NOT USE! I currently have an order for very important medication for my dog and they have never processed nor answered any of my emails or voice mails. I finally had to go and get it from another company that managed to get it to me in 7 days! I'm still trying to get someone to respond to cancel, but again NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Bad experience, I bought some items that didn't need a prescription and I was waiting for my order for almost a month. You enter the status and have no update on what is happening. I sent 3 emails to try to solve it and nobody answered. Now after almost a month they send me an email saying that my products are on the way, and of course i already bought everything i needed elsewhere. Finally, i will have to wait for the products to arrive to return everything and only then will i have my refund. Unfortunate.
The Dasuquin is sometimes back-ordered or shipments got delayed due to virus shut-downs. This order was delivered within 12 days! Good job,
I received 3 wrong items in a March order. I've been trying to get a return label ever since but nothing was sent. I called again today, and I finally received one by email from Jaime. I requested that he mail a label instead, but he said no. I asked when I can expect to receive the correct items, and he said he didn't know. They just lost a long time customer.
Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company.
They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it.
I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month.
Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.
It has been right at a mont. Crockits. H... several emails with no response. Called and nothing. Claimed they called my vet... not. Looks scamish... having my credit card reverse. Charges.
Easy to order what I wanted and at a very good price. Very nice selection of products for your pet family members.

I have always had a great experience with Entirely Pets with orders going back a couple of years now.
Unless your business does not require any customer service or human involvement with your order you may be OK. This is a PURE mail order company. My dog has an eye infection and I have been dealing with them for 2 months to get a prescription filled. PROS- cost is lower. CONS- NO CUSTOMER SEVICE! They do not respond to email. USPS mail or return phone calls. I prepaid for meds so I am forced to try to get this resolved. I have called many times. Hold time is at min 30 minutes and in most cases you get disconnected at least once while on hold. Prescription emailed, Faxed and USPS Mail. All done per their requirement and request. Never received meds or a call from them that the prescription was received or items were shipped. ALL request send to them I asked for confirmation. NEVER EVER HAPPEN. Read other reviews where customers needed to contact entirelypets. You will note a 100% FAILURE
Customer service is horrible. Zero response from them for an order I placed on May 23 and it is now June 5

I ordered several items from EntirelyPets. They arrived in one week, understandable during this pandemic. However, one of the items - costing $70 - was supposed to have been kept continuously refrigerated. EntirelyPets did ship it with cold gel packs. But the tracking shows that the order took more than 2 days' travel time to reach me. By the time my order was delivered to me, the gel packs were completely melted and soggy, and the $70 item was warm. I wanted to contact someone to provide feedback regarding this. However, I have been on hold trying to reach Customer Service by phone for over 40 minutes now, and doubt I will be able to get through. Never again!
These items arrived very quickly... no problems.
I have ordered these before... was surprised in the package if the Synivo4 which used to be a plastic pail. This one is easier to store..
I found the best price on Frontline Plus at Entirely Pets. And the shipping was super fast, 3 or 4 business days. I did not take away a star, but the order said pending. I tried to email the company, but they did not reply. The package arrived while online it was still pending. A few days after I received the package, I received an email stating my package was on its way. Strange, but I am thinking this was due to COVID-19 shipping issues.
I placed an order March 20,2020 and it is supposedly being shipped today, over 2 months later (it's May 28). No indication that they were backordered until I reached a customer service rep. In the meantime, emails have not been responded to, long wait times on the phone, and I've been given wrong information from the customer service people, leading me to believe I should have received the items by now (Oravet chews for my dog). Very frustrating. Additionally, not one customer service person said they were sorry until I pointed that out. I've been nice despite my frustration, mainly because of the pandemic, but the company and their service reps are inadequate. I bought the chews here because of the price, but it's cost me more in time and frustration. Do yourself a favor and avoid.
Ordered the my pets food. Never got the food. Was on hold for over an hour and was treated rudely by customer service and they hung up on me. Stay away from this company
I ordered my product (fish antibiotics) may 2and. My order is still pending & non of their ways to reach customer service has worked. I went elsewhere, but can't get my unshipped order canceled because it is still pending, emails are ignored (1st sent on 7th, 2nd on 11th, with a warning of 10-14 day delay), chats disabled, and can't get anyone on the phone.
