I received an autoshipped Rx for a prescription I never signed up to autoship. My dog cannot take the medication so it's a total waste. They said the Vet gave refill info so they set it up to autoship, never informed me, never notified me of Anything until the shipment was sent. I tried to cancel the autoship on the website and there's not even an area that allows you to adjust or cancel. Finally, I got on the phone and the absolute most Rudest customer service person scolded me for "not keeping track of all my pets medications" and said " Other companies don't send reminders". Every other company I've ordered from send reminders 2 weeks in advance and has allows full control over Autoship. This is a SCAM site. They refused refund but said " we can cancel autoship for you" I asked how I could do it myself and they said " we can do it for you" I asked what other companies don't send reminders and was told " Its not up to me to give you names, you should keep track of your pets medicine, it't not our responsibility". I told them to cancel my account on the spot.
It is good to have on hand for occasional eye infections in my animals, and this company is very trustworthy and reliable.
I have a prescription for my dog that does not end until April 2022 yet each month my order has a pending status. I have to call to get them to contact the pharmacist to submit my orders. I have done this for three months. I am fed up with the lack of service and all of the time it's taking me to get my dog's medicine. I would not recommend this company unless you plan on calling in your order each month. Definitely don't use the auto-ship
I will definitely be ordering again from this business and hope that other consumers do as well to support smaller businesses and stay away from Amazon.
I ordered from them. They sent me a partial and mostly incorrect order. It took me more than 2 weeks and a LOT of fighting to get return labels sent to me. They have had the product back for 10 days and STILL no refund.

I ordered liver medication for my 14 year old dog. I ordered with plenty of time so there would be no lapse on his coverage.
I ordered for the first time from this awful company, I even paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. Today is day three, I received NO email, NO tracking, NOTHING!
I just called to check on order.

I am a veterinarian who called and spoke at length with a "technician", then held for the pharmacy intern. I detailed the meds requested for a family's dog I was helping.
They did not respond for 6 days. I got another request from the family to call as they didn't get word thir meds were ready. The same "intern" said my info was "misplaced". Bottom line... these folks are NOT accountable. They do not do what they say. Avoid this pharmacy.
Charged $6.95 for 2-4 days shipping BUTreally shipped FEDEX GROUND. Dog food did not arrive for over 10 days.

I DO NOT recommend ordering anything from this business. I placed an order and apparently soon after the medicine I ordered was out of stock but was never notified. My pet ended up without a necessary medication. I called and was on hold forever. The response was that if I checked their website I would see that the medicine was out of stock. It wasn't out of stock when I ordered and I don't check their website everyday! The CSR was rude. They should be contacting customers if they cannot fill an order. Unacceptable service. I wonder if they are legit.
Entirelypets had Panacur when others were sold out. Dewormer arrived quickly. Very happy and signed up for repeat delivery.

I ordered some pet meds for my dog and set it up on autoship. When I realized the meds didn't work for my dog I tried to go online and cancel the autoship. There is no place on the website to do this. I tried calling and never got anyone to answer. I sent emails to cancel the autoship but never got a response but I also didn't receive anymore autoshipments until 10 months later that I get an email stating my shipment is on it's way. I again tried calling and finally got a return call. I was told to refuse the delivery and that I would be refunded my money. It has been over a month and no refund. I've called several times and keep getting told they are working on it. Do not use this company!
Knowing how important this vetmedin was, there had been a delay with getting prescription, once they had it I called asking how soon it would be sent out, well it'll hve to go to pharmacy, another delay, then once it was at pharmacy, it remained there with my being told they have several customers and would get it out soon, another call and i found out they were on back order but hadnt bothered to tell me. I immediately cancelled order and received them from another place shortly after.
I placed an order over two months ago and it shipped part of it three weeks after I placed the order but I am still waiting for the rest. Two months later. I have emailed multiple times with no response and the items that have not yet shipped (two months later) are still available on the site. The order number was: SOHP*******. This used to be a good company but it has really declined and is borderline fraudulent.
It's been a month over since I placed my order and I have not received my dog's prescription with many phones calls to Entirelypets.com company, 3 representatives promising express 1-2 day shipping because he was out of medication and still nothing. I was not informed of a back order, or a limitation to a certain prescription quantity. My dog had no pills left to take so I had to take my business somewhere else that was 100% more reliable. The reps kept telling me each time that three order was going to be sent out that day and I would get a confirmation email but nothing.
I don't write negative reviews unless warning others before they have to deal with the company itself. This place took close to $90 out (we can agree that's A LOT, right? Especially for a pet) of my account and NEVER shipped the products. Never got a follow up email or any Tracking info 3 weeks in. So, when I called them Wondering when my products would ship, they lied to me saying it all was on backorder (a good company notes this BEFORE purchasing So the customer can DECIDE if they want to wait or purchase elsewhere). They blamed the other companies for not getting product out to them (since when is ordering from a website saying they already HAVE Nupro IN STOCK and ready to ship, Nupro's fault?!). Then they had the nerve to lie to me and say they hadn't taken the payment out of my bank account yet and wouldn't do so until shipment. Well, my horrible gut feeling told me to check. Sure as shootin, they pulled it out day of purchase. RUDE customer service and snide remarks when I said I'd like to cancel purchase. Still awaiting refund. Lastly, the emails that came into my chrome book (meant to keep info safe) were the first EVER in 2 years to have a red warning flag! Thank God for this review sight or I'd still be sitting here, waiting. I think they hope you forgot you paid them and 4 weeks later will send an email stating "out of stock for good". At least that's what I can surmise from events leading up to my cancellation. Go ELSEWHERE.
They didn't send my dogs heart meds. Then sent meds for a different dog and refused to credit my card. I had to dispute the cards with my cc company. I have since canceled my dogs prescription at least 7 times. They continue harassing my vet. Very disappointed

I have been trying to get a refund for two weeks. Its reallt hard to get a live person and when you do they cant help. They called my vet for a script that they already had one for then tried t charge my card twice.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
