I ordered 6 bags of CET chews for my dog. I consider the CET brand to be far superior over Ora-clens that I've used in the past.
When I received my order, I found only Ora-Clens chews with a note saying they had been substituted for the CET chews! I called customer service and was told I could ship them back or be refunded 15% of the purchase price. I was almost out of chews which are used daily) so I chose the 15%.
Soon after, I checked the price for Ora-clens chews on Amazon. They were $2 per bag cheaper even after figuring in my refund!
Apparently, CET chews are scarce right now. Other companies are stating that they are "back ordered" or "out of stock". Entirely Pets says nothing on their website; they just send you junk instead of what you ordered.
Four weeks since I placed an order for four simple products. I have received nothing. There's a reason Entirely Pets is flooded with one-star reviews.
I read both positive and negative reviews, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. BIG MISTAKE! I ordered an equine product from them. I was never told that it shipped directly from the manufacturer, but that I would receive the product within 5-7 days. After 5-7 days, I called several times and was told that the product would arrive shortly. 14 days later, it still hadn't arrived. I called and spoke to a supervisor who told me that the item was back-ordered and would be shipped from the manufacturer. Since I needed the product, I cancelled the order and was told I would get a refund within 48 hours. Numerous phone calls were made when my money wasn't refunded. Finally, I spoke to a different supervisor who told me the 1st supervisor never submitted my refund request. The 2nd supervisor made a refund request and I finally received a refund over 14 days after the original request. The customer service is NON-EXISTENT with this company. Do yourself a favor and do business with someone else (unless of course you want to be given the run-around).
I can't believe all of the negative consumer reviews I've read. Last week I wrote a letter to Entirely Pets about the great service I have received. Everyone I have dealt with, including Aaron and Shana (sp?) have been very accommodating I was able to return items past the allotted time and also placed another order the same day. I had money taken out of my acct three times, finally received my order, getting calls from you to pay for the items before they ship. You have no control over your business and do not know what is going on. Never again
Was a customer for years and then customer service was almost none. Came back and item shipped was not received as promised and still waiting. Last order I place with them and fortunately have found a much more reliable company and very price competitive than what Entirely Pets offers.
Many items on their site show as available when they are not. If an item in your order is backordered, they hold your whole order until that item is available (who knows how long that will be). The only other option is to pay an additional shipping fee to have the backordered item ship when it's available. Customer service is also the rudest group of people I have ever dealt with. Apparently there are no managers or any supervisors beyond the people that answer the phones. When you ask for a manager, they simply pass you off to the other rep sitting next to them. I will be using chewy.com from now on.
I hope to share my experience hoping the pet loving community will benefit from my experience. I made an online purchase early June 2015. It is now july 2015. I have no idea if they would fulfill my order. This is despite my almost daily chasing for a definitve response. Perhaps they are not gear up for international order...?
If your pet need medication, like mine does, being Clueless about order is surely not smart business strategy for business owner? It is an emotionally trying purchase as I want to do right by my pet. Do consider carefully your choice of online store.

Entirely Pets don't show whether something is in stock. If you're unlucky enough to order something that isn't in stock, your credit card will still be charged on the day you placed your order. And if you cancel an order, good luck trying to get that credit charge back. I've been dealing with them for 2 weeks now to get $135 charge reversed on an order I cancelled. Every time I talk to them (4x now), they tell me I'll be credited back by the end of the day. I am still waiting.
Ordered a bottle of capsules for my dog that came without a safety seal. How did I know that the seal wasn't there? I unscrewed the cap and looked. Customer service said that because I had opened the bottle they could not return it. The bottle was defective and had no safety seal! I only knew that because I removed that cap. I did not remove anything sealing the bottle because there wasn't anything! I was furious. This guy just could not wrap his mind around what I was saying. It's a disgraceful company and I will never deal with them again.
Beware their return policy is bad. I ordered a nail grinder and it arrived with a dead power adapter. Due to a couple of bad reviews I decided I wanted a refund. The customer service guy said I could only get store credit because I had opened it. But I couldn't have known it was dead unless I opened it. Plus, think about it, he's saying he can't resell it because I opened it... BUT IT'S DEAD... that's the point, it's not like I opened it and didn't like the color or something... IT'S DEAD and shouldn't be resold. He told me that I should read the reviews before I order things in the future. WHHAATT?!
I have ordered from EntirelyPets many times. They have JOINT MAX, which I can't find anywhere else. They also have many other great products and penny samples. I have never had an issue with receiving the products. If they come later than I was hoping, I can guarantee the USPS may play a roll in that. I am completely satisfied with all my purchases and I purchase from this company often. Never had a customer service issue, since I've never needed customer service. So, thank you for fantastic service!
Up until my last purchase, I was satisfied. I ordered Dasuquin chews for my GSD. Shortly after receiving confirmation, I realized that I ordered the wrong size and thought I cancelled online. I called and was told I could not cancel the order.

Placed an order, but received email of back-order status. When I called, I was told same item was in stock, but larger quantity. I cancelled original order and placed new order. I told them to credit my credit card for original order and placed new order on different credit card. Entirely Pets charged new card and NEVER credited cancelled order. I had to go to my credit card company to dispute charge. Customer service sucks.
I am a volunteer with a rescue group in Canada. We have placed many orders and have had NO PROBLEMS AT ALL! Our last order was placed on April 1 and I received it today, April 7. It saves us huge dollars (a lot of these items are 80% more in Canada) and service is great. I placed an order for over $350 US and later that day got an email offering a 15% discount. I called and they reduced the price immediately. I was very happy. Thanks for the great products, great prices and great service.
Very unethical and poor Customer Service. They quoted a price, which I based ordering a subscription on. When the next shipment was sent. It was 10% more. I asked why & they said they made a mistake on the original price. Well, I based my decision to subscribe on that price! When I asked to cancel my subscription and refund me the 10%, they refused. I started out trying to be polite with their Customer Service, assuming they would make their error right, but after 20 minutes of back & forth, and totally refusing to acknowledge that this was classic Baiting & Switching, they hung up on me. Unbelievable! Avoid this company - worst Customer Service ever.
I absolutely loved this sight the first few times I used it. The prices were fair, and they always had good deals. However the last time I ordered I was told one of my items was back ordered.( for one they shouldn't have sold me a item they didn't even have in stock.) They told me via voicemail I could either do a partial order or wait for the item to be in stock. I called back immediate and the number they left on the voicemail wasn't even a working number... So I email them and told them I would like a partial order and they could send the other item when it came in... no response... so I sent a second email letting them know I called and emailed and didn't get a response. No response once again. I have sent them a THIRD email today. I ordered my items TWO months ago and have not seen the first product nor has any of it been shipped. Very disappointed in this company
I ordered from them several times and have items shipped to Canada. When I placed my last order, my shipping cost was the same, 19.99. When nothing was shipped out after a week, I called and was told my shipping would be an additional $28.99! Spoke to a very rude, curt manager, who basically told me. Oh well... Was happy to find low prices AND a coupon code for a few pet items we needed in a pinch when our new cat was stressed and timid when we brought him home. Placed order. Received order conf email, then received backordered email. 1 of the items was backordered, so all items were being held to ship. Forget it! Went to site for live chat and pulled teeth and wasted sooooo much time to cancel entire order. Took forever and then the live chat person simply refused to respond when I asked for a confirmation email or number for the cancellation.
Spend your time and money with a reputable seller and skip this place. Ugh. Unprofessional much?
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

Answer: Keep calling customer service. Just expect half hour wait times. Call your credit card company and find out if it was charged. Their websites say in stock but the delays don't reflect that. This company has terrible customer service and inability to reach them once an order is placed.
