I placed my order 3/28. After 2 weeks I got 1 out of 10 items I ordered. I was told today 4/13 1 item is discontinued. I am wondering where the other 8 items are? I have emailed and called customer support. I was told days ago they would send another order via overnight but it never came. I am being told again today they are sending a 3rd overnight package. Now I am seeing these bad reviews and feeling like this company is a scam. Worst online experience I've ever had. They are blaming the shipping carriers but none of the tracking numbers provided to me were ever scanned by the carrier.
I ordered basket muzzle for our toy Schnauzer to protect her from Bufo toads. When the muzzle arrived, I tried it on our pup. She was able to open her mouth, so It won't work. I called customer service to get a return code and was told that I wouldn't get a refund because I had tried it on the dog. How else would I know if it even fit?
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
I have been ordering pet supplies for a couple of years now from Entirely Pets. Always received my order in just a couple of days. I order by phone and have always talked to very professional and knowledgeable representatives. I have never had a problem with late orders or billing problems. I will order from Entirely Pets as long as I have my furry friends.
This company charged my account for products I never ordered back in December. It is now March and I'm still waiting for my refund. Keep in mind I never placed an order. When I originally got the email confirming my order they said it was a computer glitch and not to worry I wouldn't be charged. When I checked my account the charge was there. Its been months of email, phone calls etc. Still no refund. I will never use this company again.
This company has the worst customers service in the industry. They are Liars and Cheats!
Horrible customer service. Do not order from them unless you know exactly what you are ordering and the product is in stock. Waited almost 3 months for an item on back-order, In the meantime, the price was lowered, but I was still charged the old price when the product shipped. Called and questioned it to no avail. Customer "service" rep was named Chase and he was terrible.
UPDATE: Called again and spoke with William. He was very helpful and did give me a credit on the previous purchase and a discount on a new purchase. He was very helpful!
Would never purchase a product from them again, 0 customer support. They advise you to contact their supervisor and push you aside. Wish I would have purchased the product from Amazon!
I would not order from EntirelyPets ever again. They messed up an order and have over charged and been excessively rude in emails as I tried to fix their error in my order. They just keep telling me I am confused and charging my credit cards.
I ordered from them and was told my vet declined saying they had no info. I inquired into the vet they called and it was the wrong number. Honest mistake, so I thought. I provided them with the correct info and still received declined emails.
I called again and they had the correct contact info, but my vet did not have me on record. I then called my vet and they informed me that they responded to the pharmacy request two days ago.
Only conclusion I can come to is that they are ripping me off.
I placed an order last week and paid for expedited shipping-2-3 day delivey-and I still have no order! They claimed it was shipped USPS but gave a fed ex tracking number! They will not answer my emails and my order is still in California 5 days later! How can a company this inept be trusted with prescriptions? Save yourself the frustration and anger and use a competent company!
Terrible site. Not to be trusted at all. The do not tell you that a product is not in stock until after you have placed an order and then do not give you the option to cancel your order!
Do not order anything from this site! I ordered from them and got several emails that my card had been declined. According to my bank they got their money. I had to email them 2x before they finally got back with me. It says they will respond within 24 hours. In the 2nd email I told them if I didn't get a response I would go to my bank and dispute the charge. At this point it had been 2 weeks since I placed my order and paid for it as well. They responded saying that my order should ship soon. I emailed them the 3rd time telling them to cancel the order and refund me for the product and the 5-8 day shipping fee. That was last friday. I received the order Monday in an overnight shipping package they had sent out Saturday. I just got a response this past Friday (a whole week after I emailed them to cancel the order) that I should have already received my order on Mon 10/19 and offered to give me the 10% off my next order! Real cute guys, like i would ever order anything from this site again after all of this to get my 1st order. The product really helps Gunther with his hips and there are plenty of other websites out there I can order it from. Due to their horrible customer service they lost me as a repeat customer, someone who would be ordering from them once a month until Gunther is gone. Please don't order from them and share with anyone who has pets. Had they gotten back to me within a reasonable amount of time about my concern with them charging me and saying they didn't receive payment and sent out my order promptly I would understand. Mistakes happen, but having to wait weeks and then when I say screw it just give me my money back they immediately overnight it and then email me a week later and tell me I can pay to send it back if I want a refund. That is ridiculous! At the very least they should have refunded my shipping! I paid for 5-8 day shipping not 3 weeks shipping! Sorry for the rant, I've just been so frustrated dealing with these idiots the past month and wanted to save someone else the headache of dealing with such an unprofessional company. The end!
Ordered something from them they said was in stock. Got a back-ordered email a day later and canceled the transaction.
They said they canceled it, but it has shown processing at my bank for four days. The bank said the transaction was not canceled and is being processed as a charge.
Of course, when I contact this rip-off company, they said it was the bank's fault. Yeah, right. Now I have to dispute the charge.
Oh, and they told me what I ordered will be available in two weeks. However, I contacted the manufacturer and they said they would not have new stock until February 2016. Another lie from Entirely Pets.

I ordered from this company after the product I wanted was out of stock or on back order from my regular supplier.
Got an email that everything in my order is back ordered. I never would have ordered if I had know that. I am cancelling my order and better get my money back
I ordered 9 packages of Virbac C. E. T. Chews and they sent Ora-Clen Chews. I was pissed. I always feed my poodles Virbac! I contacted them and told them you cannot do that! I took the Ora-Clen up to the Vet. He looked them up in the Vet info data base. He indicated they should never substitute this item. They are suppose to give me credit. If they do not, I will take this further. Vibrac lost their Patton on the chews, per the vet
We ordered Virbac Hextra chews at the Entirely Pets vastly inflated prices because they were the only place that said they had them in stock.
There was no indication that any of them would have been unavailable, and still show as being in stock today, even though I verified that they have long been out of stock with no idea when new stock will be in.
Without consulting me they substituted some very inferior, and much less expensive, chews in my order.
There was no suggestion that they would refund the difference in cost. I had to call, wait on hold, speak to a (actually very nice and helpful) customer service associate, described the issue, etc., etc.
I was given (haven't checked my credit card activity yet today) the difference between what the cheap stuff costs vs the Virbac, and supposedly cancelled my auto-ship at the same time.
I will be happy if that goes seamlessly.
The fact that they have known about being out of the product while still selling it... and then substituting an absolutely inferior product... that is BAD.
Doing that, then not even offering to adjust the price...? BAAAAAAAAAD!
I will never again do business with this shady company.

Don't bother w/ these people... inept customer service. After placing order, and NOT GETTING IT, I contacted the customer service and they had not contacted the vet per my information I provided. THREE FRIGGIN WEEKS AT $168.00!
Saying items are in stock when they aren't is poor business. Two people placed two separate orders for the same "in stock" item. Both were shipped the same incorrect items. After reading the reviews I'm no longer shocked that this happened. The return process and refund process has been a nightmare and I still don't have my money. Customer service says one thing and another day it's another lie. This company is unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't shop here.
Answer: Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company. They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it. I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month. Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.
