I had the best experience possible when purchasing my new vehicle. I was in and out within just two hours! Brittany was my sales agent and she was PHENOMENAL! Mike made the sales process amazing - I loved that experience!
As far as the vehicle, I can tell it was not serviced prior to the sale. The alignment is off, the interior not cleaned, the drivers-side floor mat is missing, and there is a child-safety clip missing. Aside from this, I am satisfied with the purchase!
The other caviot of the sale is that without a second key, I am not able to connect the vehicle to my Volvo app. Is this something that can be sent to me?
I would also like the vehicle serviced and professionally detailed asap.

Every employee I worked with was great! Alexander, Shaek, and Tracy! They deserve a shout out. I'm so happy with how fast it was to get the car. The only upsetting thing is the time frame for the loan payoff process. I traded in the car and was still charged a car note from the previous loan company. That was less than desirable. Overall great experience and would highly recommend!

Well, this was an unusual experience as I returned a car and bought another one which I liked better and that returned policy was handled so professionally and easily by Sean and Dave that it's hard to believe how professional and great these guys are I recommend anybody to go there and buy a car from them because it's just not what used to be a terrible experience with other dealers go see Sean and Dave.
