I had an incredibly poor experience with Enterprise Car Sales in El Paso. I used their "Buy Online" feature and was fully approved for a truck, only to have them sell it to someone else before I could arrive.
To "fix" it, they tried to pivot me to different models that didn't fit my needs. When we finally found a replacement, it was $2,000 more expensive and I was forced to pay the shipping fees myself. Despite this being 100% their error, management offered zero concessions, even after admitting that they have had this problem happen more than once.
To make matters worse, despite providing a valid Texas Ag ID, the staff, who felt more like rental agents than sales professionals, couldn't figure out how to process the registration for farm plates. The answer was while they register vehicles onsite, they cannot do custom plates. 😐 This lack of expertise cost me another hundred dollars in unnecessary registration fees.
They did try upselling GAP and extended warranties, like I am sure they are required to by corporate, but were completely incompetent when it came to basic customer service and honoring a deal. Avoid this location if you expect to be taken care of above a standard transaction or a dealership that stands by its online reservations. They just sell what they have, beyond that nothing else matters.

Outstanding customer service from the time I rented a vehicle about 2 weeks ago to the time I walked in the sales office to purchase my vehicle. The process was so fast and easy compared to dealing with other companies. Adrian was very knowledgeable and went through all the options I had. Our sales consultant was Bre Trammel, and he did a great job. He treated us with respect and made us feel special--and we got the car we wanted with no hassle and no pressure. While we were doing the paperwork, another employee (I didn't get her name) was making sure the car was clean and ready to go. Someone (maybe it was Bre?) put a big green bow on the hood of our new (to us) Nissan Rogue SV AWD, and Bre took a photo of us. It was really fun.

Probably the best car buying experience I've had. Salesperson was very knowledgeable, recommended a different car than the one I had picked out on line, and it was a much better fit for me. She made sure car was ready to go, replaced wiper blades, helped us connect to Apple CarPlay. She even found a hard copy owner's manual when I requested one. She walked us through all the paperwork easily. We were in and out quickly. I've already recommended Enterprise to a friend who's searching for a car.

I had Madison and she went above and beyond of helping me get a vehicle for my elderly disabled mom and my two children eye adopted She listened to what I had to say what I could afford and what I needed and her and her boss went above and beyond of helping me and the kindness that came from them and all of your people at Enterprise All of them were so queeny was so nice everyone of them I bought a van from y'all years ago and I've done told four people all about y'all Tell them to go check y'all out.

The team was great. Astrel started working with me via phone calls and gave me the distance to breathe and then he followed up again. Tom started the paperwork process along with KB; and Astrel closed the deal. Simply due to the timing and the day of the week when I was at the sales office. Each member in that office worked as a team to ensure my concerns were met. I greatly appreciate their time; their patience; and the feeling of not being rushed to buy. From start to finish, my experience with Enterprise was easy, smooth, and straightforward. I came in on two separate occasions, and both visits were excellent.
The first time, we were just looking, but Keon was incredibly attentive, informative, and patient. He took his time answering questions and never made us feel pressured, which I really appreciated.
The second time, when I came back to purchase the car, Hunter was absolutely amazing. He met us right at the door and was very welcoming and hospitable.
