Stopped by Tempe Honda to get an oil change. I was greeted by Erik in the Express Dept. Erik was friendly and efficient. He made me feel welcome even though it appeared to be very busy and I had not made an appointment. He made sure I knew where the coffee and goodies were located. The service was faster than I expected. Every employee I can into contact with was pleasant and ask if I needed help with anything. Tempe Honda is a good place to do business.
