So I went on a five day vacation rented a car from my home location in Missouri got to Atlanta in the car messed up so was told to take it in to swap it out. This was on Friday evening Saturday went by Sunday went by Monday evening, I was finally able to get into a car big enough to move my family so I had to pay for hotels, food lodging, and never made it to Florida Walt Disney World. The kids are very disappointed. We have family in Florida so lodging and food wasn't a consideration. Never thought I would've been stuck in Atlanta Georgia and Enterprise couldn't get me into a car big enough to fit my family to continue on our journey barely got us a car in time to make it home highly highly disappointed nobody's compensating me for those Five days off work and I didn't get to even enjoy them. Don't know if I'll be running from Enterprise when I'm in a time crunch.

The guys at Enterprise were professional courteous and friendly. I made an appointment and they had chosen car available for me when I arrived. There was no problem accepting my insurance and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes love the car they assigned to us!

I have used Enterprise twice this year and both times they made obtaining the rental and returning it very easy. Their personnel are pressed to handle so many people but they take the time to work with each person. Having a polite and positive service rep is positive for the customer and for Enterprise. Horrible experience! Arrived to pick up a reservation for a work trip only to find that there were no cars on the lot. Had to wait 1.5 hours for a vehicle to be on the lot. The vehicle I was assigned was a damaged, high mileage vehicle that should no longer been part of the fleet. The tires were bald and I discovered later that the car was out of alignment. Horrible experience and will not be renting from this location again.

Horrible experience, Enterprise will leave you and your small children on the side of the road in sweltering heat when their vehicle breaks down with empty promises of coming to pick you up and personally rectifying the situation.

The only problem (but it was a huge problem for my wife and I)is we had during our July 25 visit to Midway and renting with Enterprise happened on the shuttle to take us back to the airport after we had returned the car. Instead of leaving us off on the third level for departures the driver left everyone off on the first level for arriving flights. Consequently, we had to fight the mob trying to get on the shuttle to go to the rental car center to get off the shuttle, then figure out how to get to the third level carrying all our luggage. This was so callous and stupid because the driver should have left everyone off on the the third level for departing flights and then circling back to pick up the people who wanted to get to the rental car center. Because my wife has to use a wheel chair, and there are no wheel chairs available at the first floor drop off, she had to struggle to get off the shuttle and make her way upstairs. What sort of brainless driver lets off the rental car customers on the wrong level? The kind that operates the shuttle at Midway and obviously does not give a damn about the customer. If you have any information about who operates that shuttle, please let me know because I would like to give them a piece of my mind about how truly absurd it is to leave rental car customers off on the wrong level. Is there such a thing as the Midway Airport Authority?

Great service they are busy but * got me in and out with no problems, his happy friendly vibe and his professionalism and respectful attitude and him able to accommodate me with the type of car I want it.!

The car I received was fine but I was very surprised to receive the rental receipt.
My rental agreement was for 799 dollars, and I was charged 847 dollars.
On the day I rented the car, the store manager told me that there will be no extra charge for returning the car on my last day (Thursday).
I also confirmed with a whatsapp message the same day. Nevertheless, I was charged an extra 50 dollars despite the written confirmation of the store manager.

We did have an incident where the car we ordered was not available on the day we were to pick it up, but * was very helpful. He gave us a good discount on a luxury car and was very empathetic. We appreciated all of his help and how courteous he was about the situation.

Made a reservation to pick up a car at Noon. No vehicles were available. After waiting, I was driven to a nearby location, and after another wait, was finally given a car 90 minutes late. The representative was friendly.
