I actually left the review below, when I first picked up the car. Now that my rental has been returned, I want to add the following: The car drove great and was well maintained, and the gentlemen who performed the walk-around when I brought the car back, was very personable and friendly. My whole experience was very nice. I would recommend that Enterprise Car Rental to anyone looking to rent a vehicle.

"Today, I rented a car from Enterprise Car Rental at 4831 I-35 in New Braunfels, Texas, and I was assisted throughout the entire process by Maria Burhans.
I want to be clear—I'm not easily impressed, and I don't believe in handing out flattery. When I say someone did a great job, I mean it. I tend to be very discerning when it comes to quality, which sometimes comes across as overly critical. But in the service industry, excellence should be the standard—anything less risks a poor reputation and lost business.
With that in mind, I can confidently say that Maria exceeded expectations. She was extremely helpful, provided valuable and relevant information, and represented both herself and Enterprise with sincerity and professionalism. Her personality is perfectly suited for customer service, and her clear knowledge of what matters most to renters showed me that she truly cared about creating a positive and informative experience.

I love enterprise. James was amazing even though he told me they were short staffed. I appreciate him for helping me out when I needed a car and I've been going to enterprise since I was in college; so I'm a old customer so I love enterprise and I will always go enterprise. A car backed into the rental car I had and Victor was quick to reassure me that everything would be okay because I purchased the optional damage protection coverage.
