I cant speak globally but the Clack St. Location in Abilene has top notch staff who are professional, helpful and friendly. No issues at all with the car except one of the windows was left hazy after cleaning. I fixed that at a gas station later.
I do miss "We'll pick you up." Had to catch a ride to and from the facility.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! Very professional and explained everything. They were also very honest. I pointed out a couple of stone marks on the car that I did not remember getting and they told me it was from the previous driver. No problem. They offered to give me a ride home so that I did not have to wait for the bus. Besides the car driving like a dream, this experience was just like a dream also. Thank you!

I love dealing with the people at enterprise. They make you feel like you are family and seem to really care about you.
