Great service out of Savanah GA airport. Service was inviting and friendly. Easy in and easy out many times at a smaller airport there is little staff. This is not true at Savanah, I would recommend Enterprise.

Very happy with service. Customer service is great, although they didn't have the compact that I wanted. Originally they got me in a sedan which had great gas mileage. Overall very happy with. Like I say customer service and overall experience was pleasant. Would definitely ran again

My rental was not reserved by my insurance company. The employee helped me make calls to get everything lined up. Easy pick up and drop off at collision shop.

The wait time to pick up the car was too long. I waited more than an hour to get a car. I did get an upgrade, but it took way too long seeing I needed to be on the road for business purposes. It is important to have vehicles that have been reserved available on time. I would also like to just walk up and pick up my car rather than having to wait in line.

Car pick up & return very easy.
We are usually able to choose the car from a group. Cars are clean & damage free. The cars do tend to have higher mileage. That being said, we have not experienced any problems with the vehicles.
This is our "go to" company now!
My husband, who is a much tougher judge than I, has been very impressed also.

My insurance company set up my rental for me when I got to Enterprise the young lady took care of me showed me around. The vehicle got me in one around my budget. I have never been in one like they had their that was half gas half electric as far as I was concerned it was very fancy even though it was just a Toyota Camry, young lady assured me it wouldn't be too bad which it wasn't and I got back and brought the car. They took care of me again within 15 minutes very satisfied we go there again.

Rental car reeked of cigarette smoke, but did not have time to return it. I had an ozone generator run in it overnight, left doors open during the day, put lots of dryer softener sheets in it and sprayed everything heavily with Lysol
