Very friendly and professional service, everything was explained about the car and the contract, very easy return, and there was a key safe! I am very pleased and satisfied.
I'd like to thank David/Matt (I think that's his name- front desk guy with beard) and the team for their outstanding service. David/Matt helped set everything up for me and was courteous both in person and over the phone, even calling to remind me about the drop-off and to stay in touch with my insurance due to a backorder issue. Another team member ensured the rental car was clean, and despite a high-volume weekend at the end of summer with a crowded environment, three staff members worked efficiently to make the process smooth and respectful. I truly appreciated the clear communication and support throughout both pickup and drop-off. I'll definitely return if I need to rent again. Thanks again to the whole team!
