We are not satisfied with their irresponsible way of working, We rented a car Opel Mokka 5 doors auto, 9am on September 6, we went to pick up the car at Enterprise rent a car located at 55 Gabriel Peri, *******, Mairie Montrouge with branch manager Guillaume LEFEBVRE., but they did not have, we waited for more than 2 hours, we had no choice then We had to take a smaller car without the auto because we didn't want be late to other important things that day - They promised at least 20% off but only reduce $ 68.11 from $490.51. We have rented a lot of cars but this is not a reputable place to work

I have only had 2 dealings with Enterprise Rent A Car. The first was through insured who hit me, the second was a business trip I was needing to travel too. To make a very long and very pain in the rear story short, Enterprise dropped the ball each time over the simplest things. Manager promising to call me back and never did, employees saying they will look into things and never do, emailing me a confirmation of my rental and my rental not being there when I show up. Honestly, this business is terrible. How they treat their customers is terrible. Advice, go to another car rental service. Everyone else has higher ratings than Enterprise, and you will get your job done too. If you rely on Enterprise, they won't pick you up.
They had very poor customer service they were over an hour late picking me up when I had scheduled a time. Then they didn't have the car I was promised but instead attempted to put me in a compact. When I refused that they put me in a suv which consumed more gas and only had a quarter of a tank in it. Now they are charging me for a toll in California on thr golden gate Bridge when I never left the state of Missouri
Reserved a car at the Sydney ohio location was told day of that they have no cars available but yet I have a confirmed confirmation reservation no email no phone call when I reserved the rental a week in advanced but yet they have absolutely no vehicle how do you rent a vehicle when there is no vehicles to rent how do you confirm a reservation when you have no vehicle
This joke of a company, unbeknownst to me, put me on a "do not rent" list for reasons that are totally FALSE and I was not able to rent a car I had reserved for a week that I had several interviews, now leaving me without a way to get there and losing out of work opportunities. Now these rental companies have the ability to literally destroy your life and deny you the ability to rent a vehicle you desperately need short term. I had NO other options for transportation where I live. Absolutely despicable.
We were going to rent a truck to go to Miami Dolphins game. The guy at 1805 Belvedre Rd Enterprise showed us the new truck to rent with no miles on it. We paid $272 for 2 days. Instead he gives us the old Ford with 40,000 miles dirty interior & dirty outside of truck. Not happy with the bait & switch. We walked out & as we left guy employee states that the review o give Enterprise does not effect him. Really do you own Enterprise company. Why would you talk like that to a paying customer. Honestly this should be zero star review. Please train your employees at Enterprise total cost customer service to customers 24/7. That way you get repeat customers that spread the word of your company, for more business.
Reserved Suburban on July 23 for Sept. 7th pickup. To my extreme disappointment the vehicle was unavailable for our family of 8 vacation. Thanks for ruining our trip.
Now I see why this company don't have a five star rating. I have been renting from this company ever since I was old enough to rent. But never again! It's so amazing how it took almost two weeks before I was able to get my ticket close. I rented a vehicle from this company on August 5th 2022 and return this vehicle on August 7th. Well guess what it took almost two week to receive the amount I owed on my credit card. I called almost everyday and spoke to a rep at the home office. I kept hearing the same thing. It's not our fault, and the place/store that you rented your vehicle at have to be the one that closes your ticket. So of course I asked well can you guys called them or send a message. She begins to tell me we can email them and that's all we can do. Then she proceed to say well since this is on our end. Would you like a discount on the next time you rent from us or would you like for us to credit this rental that would go toward you amount now. So in my mind I'm thinking well maybe they're apologetic about their mistake. What a fool I was. I finally received my amount 10 days later and guess what, no credit toward my $300 and something amount. This place is a liar, unprofessional, unorganized and more. I will never rent again from this place. Do not waste your time speaking to anyone at the home office or renting from this company. You will be disappointed for sure. Especially the one at the Nashville Airport. If you don't have the time to train your associates then maybe you guys need to rethink on who you hiring on your management team. And hire associate that cares and not about the paycheck.

I used Enterprise for an insurance rental one month ago today. The truck delivered was beyond filthy as I got in, all the way down to a used lollipop stick left behind for me to find. I began to complain by calling, emailing, leaving bad reviews and so forth. So far, NOT ONE OF MY MORE THAN TEN CONTACTS HAS RESULTED IN A MANAGER CALLING BACK! I keep complaining in hopes someone will listen and act. But Enterprise rents dirty, filthy, disgusting vehicles, then won't stand behind their service. BEWARE!
Made a 12:00 res on 5207 Reaford Noth Carolina was there at 11:45 saw the Pacifica did the whole walk around found a three inch slash on pass rear tire and no spare tire. Agent told us he would fix it and call us when it was fixed. Called us at 4:30pm went there and was showed a different can a much older dodge van we asked what happen to the van we saw at 11:00 "what had happened we gave that van to another reservation" this was over the top he has nerve to push all the protection plan for road side assistance, no fault, damage waiver. Unbelievable and we only wanted it for the weekend cause the Grandchildren were coming.
I didn't realize i owed 312.00 for a rock chip that hit a van rental until i received a statement a month after dropping off the rental. I found the representative very rude, short and seemingly bothered by some clarifying questions I had. I usually have very positive interactions with Enterprise personnel. Beware of the recovery department, they either hate their job or I just got a very rude individual. My claim # is ******* if this helps at all. I did not mind paying if it was my responsibility, she just did not have to be so rude about it.
I rented a car from Enterprise at the Baton Rouge Airport late at night and was given a car that had a low tire light displaying. It required me getting tires filled up the next day and then having two tires replaced the following day. There were 4 nails in a rear tire. When I returned the car to the Airport, I was promised a 1/2 off on my rental charges by the manager when I spoke to him. Since then, I have been charge the full-amount and have called 5 times to request my reduced rate because of inconvenience. The manager had never called back and the coorporate office keeps saying that they will send a note to the manager to have him call me and resolve this. 5 days so far and no call back.

Bait and Switch. Every time with this company! Wanted a full size vehicle, made the reservation FOR A FULL SIZE VEHICLE, gets confirmed FOR A FULL SIZE VEHICLE, show up to the shop and guess what. 'We don't have a full size vehicle available. How about a truck instead?' WTF? First of all a truck is never a suitable replacement for a full size vehicle, secondly I want the car I requested AND YOU CONFIRMED! No problem, we can upgrade you to a full-size luxury SUV for twice as much. Well thanks a lot!
We originally reserved a midsize car for pickup on Monday. When we arrived on Monday, the car we were given was a smallish Kia which my wife could not get into to drive. They said they would not have a midsize car until Wednesday. We reserved a car for Wednesday in Topeka and they were supposed to deliver it to our house at 9:00 AM. Our insurance(AAA) sent us to them. We were told to call them at 9 to confirm the pickup, which made no sense if we were to be picked up at 9. We called on Tuesday and talked to the manager and he said no problem. He would confirm the rental and they will pick us up at 9. Wednesday no driver by 9:20 so we them. The counter person, no we had to call in the day we wanted the car to confirm the pickup. We asked her to check her system because the manager said he had done that Tuesday. So again she said we had to call in the day of the rental, and the manager was not there. She then repeated the "must call at 9" and would not check her system.
Then it got worse. My wife is handicapped and can not get into a small car or a truck, which is why we reserved a Camry. The counter person then told us they did not have a Camry sized car, but did have pickup.
At that point we call Avis. We will do everything we can to never have to deal with Enterprise until they can fix their poor service.

Have had multiple problems with both vehicles... 1 at one smelled like throw up after one day of sitting in sun and engine light stayed on... replacement vehicle smelled good but as soon as I got home with it... could smell oil burning... checked it out... oil leaking from right side of engine onto exhaust

Called to report it... couldn't get through... sent to voice mail then get a message saying voice mail full... drove to location and was ask to take it to Firestone. Apparently they do the service...

Terrible service, I rented a standard suv in paris and when I arrived they gave me a family sedan... They promised me compensation for the difference in category, which today and after 20 days, I have not received nor do I think I will receive. And that the rental price was paid two months in advance. Nefarious, DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.
I had a layover in Phoenix AZ and had called to reserve a car at the Avondale location and when my 8 year old son, my husband and myself got to the location (30 minutes after calling) they told me the car i called about wasn't there but they had a Lincoln for $230/day. The car i had reserved was going to be $78/day. They didnt offer to compensate or help us in any way. Not to mention i had explained we were going to have to walk a mile and a half in 110 degree weather with a child to pick said car up. Then when we got there i told them there was no way i was spending that much on a car for 6 hours. It ended up ruining one days worth of my sons vacation (we had planned a zoo visit and site seeing while we were there). They didn't offer to give us a ride(i later found out they offer to pick you up and drop you off if you need a ride) nor any compensation or discount for their mistakes. Then when i contacted customer service I dont get any answer except "We will inform the manager of that location and they'll contact you". Well its been two months and 6 emails to corporate and i still haven't been contacted.
Dont waste your money supporting Enterprise! They're are a-lot of apps for rentals now a days and it helps support local individuals!
Had a reservation to pick up a rental and when I arrived and gave the manager my DL and credit card I was told I couldn't the card because it was in my husbands name. I explained I was an authorized user and was still denied. I offered them my debit/credit card(I have a credit line on the card) and they also denied. I explained to the manager that I'm 13 hours away from home with two small children and do not have a vehicle to travel and she smiled and said"oh well, sorry"
Enterprise in Fayetteville North Carolina the customer service was unacceptable and the person was very rude he did not listen to explain about third party insurance there was a mix-up on the insurance he did not do his job as he stated and being a manager of enterprise very disrespectful to his customers my rating is a minus 2 for his services thank you
