The vehicle was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, as I found a knife left inside the car, along with noticeable dog hair and sunflower seeds scattered throughout. Fast and loveable staff! Checking in and checking out was completely seamless. No hassle and I did not feel the anxiety that normally comes with car rentals. I really enjoyed this experience.

Had rental almost 30 day & when needed to extend rental it was super easy! Every person was so kind, extremely helpful. Vehicle was clean. Store was clean. 10/10 definitely would use them again!
Didn't have a scraper put in my hand at onset delivery.
When I went back and told the attendant I had frost on window and unable to drive the tollway didn't leave his chair to see the problem.
Asked did I have a scraper I said yes. He then decided to leave his chair and follow me out to the car. He took scraper from the black seat in the back and scraped the window for me.
I tried for several days running the car trying to defrost it

I think when customer is distressed attendant should leave their seat and check out the cause not just stare.

For some reason, Enterprise could not find my confirmed reservation and vehicle was not available when needed for trip. Helpful employee did find a vehicle for us, but we were still charged a higher rate. Vehicle returned early and lost a day on vacation due to a needed oil change. Still charged full, higher amount when vehicle returned. Not looking for complete reimbursement for rental (though that would be appreciated due to all the stress surrounding the rental), but I think charging based on my original reservation price minus the early return and unavailability during oil change is more than fair. If it wasn't for the helpful employee, the rating would be 0 stars.

I appreciate the flexibility of the company. I reserved a 4 wheel drive vehicle but once I was in it I realized I didn't know how to drive it. They swapped it out in minutes. Great service.
