I recently had a rental experience that, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations. The vehicle was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, as I found a knife left inside the car, along with noticeable dog hair and sunflower seeds scattered throughout. While I appreciate the overall professionalism of the service, I was disappointed by these cleanliness issues. I hope future rentals will maintain a higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
Fast and loveable staff! Checking in and checking out was completely seamless. No hassle and I did not feel the anxiety that normally comes with car rentals. I really enjoyed this experience.
