Greeted by friendly staff upon entering new location. Didn't have the car I originally reserved but did everything possible to make sure my rental experience was great! Gave me options even when they had to bring inside and wash as it was just returned. This Enterprise went above and beyond and I will rent every time from them!
The "needs oil change" light came on and the entire trip, there was a rattling noise. We were visiting a sick relative in Sarasota area so it was 3.5 hr. Drive each way. I was on edge the whole 7 hrs. The return person gave me $20 off the rental. I appreciated that' however, the experience was not what I expected.
This was not a good experience.
The car that they brought me was filthy dirty. I only noticed the condition of the car after the enterprise employee had left. The windshield was so dirty you could hardly see out of it. The outside of the car was filthy as well. That same day I went to the Enterprise location and returned the car for a cleaner car which they arranged for me. I asked to speak with the manager but she was unavailable. A day or two later I succeeded in getting in touch with the manager and told her of the situation. Honestly she didn't have much to say other then they were busy and didn't have time to clean that car before it went out. She expressed little on no concern. See the attached photo's.

First car had a few issues. Was returned to a different location. Returned second car to original location. The gentleman helping me went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied with the car and how everything, including the service at the other location was handled. Did not want me to walk away with any kind of bitterness. Even thanked me for bringing them a newer car. I will definitely return when needed. Best location I have been to so far.

I had a hassle-free experience renting from Enterprise and Chris, the employee who waited on me, was extremely pleasant, quick and knowledgeable and is a real asset to Enterprise. It's hard to find employees in today's world that are pleasant and knowledgeable in their jobs.
Customer service was great, from the moment of pick up until the moment of drop off. The person who did the check in was so helpful and made sure I got the exact vehicle for my needs, as I wasn't sure if I needed a 4x4 vehicle for the destination I was heading. He was so insightful. Then the other employee who gave me options as to which vehicle to get was also very informative. I rented a GMC Sierra and it was a great truck. Upon returning, Danny was very friendly and fast. Overall the 3 employees that I interacted with went above and beyond. Great job!
Returned my car 2 days before rental period. Enterprise staff told me I will only be charged for rental days. Surprisingly they never updated in the system that car was returned. They tried to charge me original amount of 6 days rental even though I returned the car on 4th day.
Everything was fine. The car was clean and my responsibility,so I kept it clean until I returned it and gave it a star rating.🙏
