Don't rent from here complete disaster. Vehicle was on site at the rental time for 1.5 hours. Then gas tank was empty. Car was dirty. Associates not very helpful or friendly. Car broke down. Enterprise won't answer their phones.

I love Enterprise! You always provide great customer service and clean, well-maintained cars, but what sets Enterprise apart from other car rental companies is that your cars don't smell with that horrible cleaning solution/fragrance other companies use. Please keep up your no-scent policy with your cleaning protocols. I don't know what I would do without Enterprise!

Meh... too many texts and phone calls, plus they always use some offensive "purfume" that they spray into the cars - it is very offensive, like I'm in the candle aisle at the store.

I came to enterprise right before closing and they were so kind and considerate. They got me into the vehicle of my choice even though it ran into closing. They deserve a bonus because they really came through for me at a difficult time. I had a reservation with another company and they told me at the last minute they had no cars. Enterprise staff really calmed my nerves because I was leaving that day. I give your staff an A+ thank you so much.

I'm very comfortable with driving which is very important.If you're in an area and you have to drive for work.And you're going far, and you need to be able to quickly master the car. A top competitor gave me some new car.That I could never figure out.And I was terrified to drive it. Since it's not your own car, you have to be able to master it quickly.And I was so happy.They were always able to give me what I wanted, even though there's no guarantee

The options for verification needs to be widened. A second driver should be able to added without needing a major credit especially if the people was able to do a rental themself but didn't have the money to be held in the hold for the rental with a debt card. Thank you
