I need to rent a car about once a week for work. Enterprise on 112 N. Mountain Road is the best in everything. They warm the car for you when weather is cold, they make picking up and dropping off vehicles simple. I rented a vehicle in Va Beach traveling to Florida. The first vehicle broke down and the road side assistance was absolutely horrible! Language barrier with road side assistance was horrendous! My family waited for 5 hours before receiving another vehicle. The vehicle I received was nothing comparable to what I rented! I rented a seven seat Lincoln Navigator for my family and for business clients to be transported. The vehicle that was my replacement was an absolutely dirty minivan with no other options! I had a three hour trip from Tampa Fl to West Palm Fl with my family in this replacement vehicle that also left my family stranded with lug nuts that were loose! Then finally got to my destination in West Palm with the second broken vehicle and set appointment the following morning with a 9 AM appointment to pick another vehicle up in comparison to what I rented leaving Va Beach only to get there to be offered another broken vehicle and told that I could take it to a company that works on their vehicles 🙌! They had three vehicles in comparison at the Jupiter location and would not let release any one of the vehicles to my family. I then called a North Palm Location and was given a confirmation number for a vehicle replacement at that location, only to be lied to again with absolutely no vehicle replacement at that location. Ruined our whole vacation and my business trip! Would absolutely never in my entire life refer Enterprise Rental Car to anyone!
I made a few calls and every time the staff was friendl, helpful and courteous and concerned about meeting my needs even when my reservation plans changed.
