My vehicle was damaged, so I had to drop it off at a body shop. The enterprise agent worked with me to pick me up from the body shop, and was able to do so at MY convenience. Also, I needed a specific type of vehicle and after explaining my situation they were able to give me exactly what I needed. They were pleasant and incredibly helpful in a stressful situation.
I had a great experience at this location. The car I reserved hadn't been returned and Manase Mose went above and beyond to help me get the right car. He called another store and had an employee go pick it up. The drop off was great. I feel like everyone genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I had a great experience. You really don't get this type of customer service anymore and I am so thankful!
